Stockbridge Golf Club is an absolute gem. The golf course is in excellent condition and perfect for daily play. With the river coming into play on 15 of the 18 holes, it’s both beautiful and challenging. Accuracy really matters here. I’m also an avid tennis player and the courts are always pristine. The clubhouse is top notch, with great service and a full calendar of events throughout the season. The professional staff are outstanding and have been with the club for years, which really adds to the consistent and welcoming atmosphere. As someone in my 30s, it’s been great to see more younger members joining lately. It’s made the vibe even more fun and laid back. One of the best parts? No tee times. Even in the summer, the afternoons are often quiet, which is amazing. It’s a super casual and enjoyable place to spend the day. I’ll often play tennis, grab lunch, hit the golf course, and now I’m even getting into pickleball. The club is surprisingly affordable and has a great mix of local and nonresident members. The new 40-50 age category is a great bonus for younger members too. I really can’t recommend it enough.

What a gem in the Berkshires, truly a special place to call home and play along and over the Housatonic river. Great membership, great clubhouse and menu as well as no tee times!

Stockbridge Golf Club has the best golf in the Berkshires! It’s a very friendly, family oriented atmosphere and there is something for everyone. A favorite activity of mine is Woman’s evening league, nine holes of golf, then dinner on the porch overlooking the beautifully maintained course.
