Pocasset Golf Club was an absolutely exceptional wedding venue — truly the perfect setting for my sister-in-law’s October wedding. They don’t host many weddings each year, which made the entire experience feel that much more intimate, personal, and special. You could feel the care and attention to detail in every moment of the evening. The food alone deserves its own standing ovation. The filet mignon was outstanding — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor — truly restaurant-quality (if not better) and far beyond what you’d expect from typical wedding fare. The chicken piccata was also delicious, with a bright, balanced sauce and generous portions all around. Every guest at our table (and beyond!) raved about the meal! Jim was absolutely wonderful to work with — calm, professional, and genuinely invested in making the night seamless. And the staff… they were phenomenal. Every single team member was so attentive, warm, and kind — it honestly felt like each guest had their own personal server. You could tell they took immense pride in what they do. The venue itself is stunning — classic, elegant, and perfectly New England. The grounds made for breathtaking photos, especially as the sun set over the course and the fall foliage glowed in the background. It was the ideal mix of sophistication and warmth, and easily one of the most fun, elegant, and delicious weddings I’ve ever attended. If you’re lucky enough to host or attend a wedding at Pocasset Golf Club, you’re in for something truly special.

Donald Ross designed course is always pristine and layout is challenging, especially during summer when the heather grows and mishits can be punitive.
