Madison was an absolute lifesaver and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day seamless and stress-free. From the moment she stepped in, she took complete control in the most calming, professional, and reassuring way. Every detail was handled with care, precision, and heart—and we genuinely couldn’t have done it without her. We felt so supported by her throughout the day, and so many of our guests and vendors complimented her professionalism and grace. The food was absolutely delicious—our guests are still raving about it—and every dish was beautifully presented. Beyond that, the service was impeccable: attentive, warm, and professional from start to finish. The team made everyone feel welcome and cared for. We could not have asked for a better wedding day.

Hunt Valley Country Club was the absolute perfect venue for my wedding! We met with Anna in August 2017, and her charm and knowledge immediately made us feel at ease! She showed us all around the beautiful venue, which includes floor to ceiling glass windows encasing three of the four walls in the newly renovated reception hall and overlooking the well-manicured and maintained golf course and pond, a gorgeous wood bar area, updated carpeting and beautiful chandeliers, tasteful décor, a rather large wedding party room (for the wedding party to get dressed, eat, drink, and de-stress inside throughout the day), beautiful bathrooms, and of course, a huge tent and balcony overlooking the golf course, under which we got married on June 29, 2018. As if that wasn’t enough to make us fall in love with the venue (it was), Anna walked us through all they were willing to offer, including discounts for a Friday wedding, all linens – and they have a huge array of color choices – silverware, tableware, and glassware, and they also provided us with many options for our dinner and cocktail spread. We loved having so many choices, and the fact that the pricing was extremely affordable gave us the ability to add more, such as an open bar for guests. Our tasting was amazing; everything was delectable, and Hunt Valley Country Club even took care of the cake and centerpieces for us! Seriously, Hunt Valley Country Club is an amazing, classy, elegant establishment, and the perfect venue. It is a one-stop shop, and the only vendors I needed to go outside for were the DJ, photographer, florist, and photobooth. And on top of all this, Hunt Valley Country Club also included a day-of-coordinator, Emily, as part of our contract. Emily was fantastic! She and Anna sat down with us and went through a huge checklist so they knew exactly what was needed and what we expected a month ahead of time (plus, they kept in constant email contact with use throughout our engagement—from August to June). Emily also put together the floor plan, double checked all linen colors and floor spacing, determined our timeline, ran us through our rehearsal, verified all our planned decorations, and had us bring all our decorations up two days in advance. Emily and her team then decorated the entire venue for us – making the decoration aspect of the wedding completely stress free for me (and then they packed it all back up for us and had our decorations waiting for my family to pick up the next day)! I was so impressed! Emily even pinned all the boutonnieres and corsages on our wedding party! To be honest, Emily, Anna, and their team are the reason my wedding day was perfect! There wasn’t one issue nor one thing I would change; I’ve heard from many brides that their day didn’t go exactly as planned, but mine went exactly as I envisioned, and I 100% owe that to Emily and Anna. They were superb and fantastic, and I highly recommend them and the Hunt Valley Country Club! Do yourself a favor and contact Anna to see the venue. You won’t be disappointed!

We are new members and are enjoying the view, hospitality, other members, staff, and great food .

Just hosted a rehearsal dinner and attended the wedding next day. The food is really great, but talk to the chef for ideas better than the selections they present. Staff handled things very well (Jillian coordinated the whole thing, both nights. Paula was a great bartender both nights, and Chris (hope I'm not wrong) served us well. I haven't been to a wedding in 10 years, so I won't nitpic the place, although I did feel that the hors d'oeuvres could've been served with less waste. Everything was placed in the mini plastic container with shredded red cabbage and carrots, which we would've gladly eaten if we had forks. Also, I wasn't impressed with laying out the cupcakes open on a large table, the entire time. I guess we don't spread the virus eating it? But since we can't do buffets any more, I thought the cupcakes were "buffeted". We had beautiful weather, the outside area was great for the cocktail hour and ceremony. Inside, apparently, you don't "have to wear" your mask. That made me a bit uncomfortable, as most people went without one. I wore mine when up and about, but stayed closest to my family group. Overall, it was a great weekend.
