I am a member here and have been playing this year since the course first opened in early April. I can say that you won't find a more laid back, fun course in the area. The price, especially with a membership, is very good. The people who work the pro shop are genuinely nice and recognize you after a few rounds. The course has never been too crowded to the point where I can't just ask to play another 9 if I want to. The course itself is challenging, with some uphill greens that can be tough to approach. The grass is well maintained, without any crazy rough or areas that look like they have been forgotten about. Since late April they have been doing some work on the traps and I have a feeling they're going to look great once things dry out a little more. The back 9 holes are definitely a little bit different than the front, especially hole 11 which has a challenging rock face in the center of the hole that can stop you dead if you play from the white tees. However, I have been having a great time here and would highly recommend it to someone looking to have a nice, easygoing game.

We were looking forward to golfing at this course, but had to cancel 2 1/2 days prior. At that point we were told they were unable to process any refunds. The owner was not there and did not return calls, and the people in the pro shop told us they had not been trained to refund Credit cards. Looks like it could’ve been a fun place to play, we won’t try again. Book only if you’re 100% positive you’ll be able to make it even if it’s a week in advance.

Came to Maine for our yearly golf trip. Pulling up, course looked rough. Everything but the greens were brown. Infront of the clubhouse and at the entrance there was buckets full off water and cigarette butts, and clutter. The kid inside the "pro shop" was sitting using a personal laptop, didn't acknowledge us until we said we had a tee time. Made it seem like an inconvenience to check us in. No coolers for drinks, luckily we had our own. Rolled his eyes when we asked about ice and shook his head no. Tee boxes were impossible to put a tee in the ground without using two hands and your full body weight. Greens were slow, and didn't hold the ball. Bunkers were like hitting off concrete and most of them were weed infested. No ball washers or trash cans on course either. Would never recommend this course to anyone and would definitely not come back.

Low keyed, well maintained course with beautiful settings. Only play 9 as a super senior so 1st time I got lost and went from 1 to 4; probably could use a second directional sign. But today spoke with manager, Dylan, and he took the time to educate me; and excellent manager! Generally not too busy so you're not forced into groups. I'll be back; great driving the course with my lady friend Cathy helping me locate my ball. Thank you Dylan 😊 🙏

It has the same rough that was in play at the US Open. Most of the greens are in 'good' shape- they are very playable. The fairways are in fine shape. The tee boxes are level--but-a little beaten up...but in my opinion--as long as they are level---that's fine. In my opinion, this course is not really easy--because of the rough...that's not bad--that's the challenge of this course.. that and some of the greens require the player to really read the green. It's a little pricey (80 dollars with a cart) but it is worth playing at least once.
