I have to start with I'm not a golfer. I got to tour this place through Ellsworth Academy last night, and listening to them talk about the course was interesting. First, this is a city owned public course that is considered one of the best public courses in the state of Kansas. What was interesting to me was all the other activities they had. A simple restaurant along with drinks of all kinds. Plus activities for everyone, even those of us who don't golf. I got a tour of the grounds and was in awe. See my pictures. If you love to golf the golfer here, wouldn't stop talking about how much better this course was compared to what they've experienced in other cities at extremely great low prices. I myself was interested in the restaurant and reading by the fireplace with a drink in my hand. Can't wait to start coming here now that I know it's open to everyone. Who knows? I may start golfing? Just for the view. Also, they have a cement walkway around the entire course that is around three miles. You just have to watch out for golfers so they don't hit you.

Beautiful course. We spent the night as this course is also a Harvest Host. Super friendly people. Nice pro shop, cluhouse with some food and drinks.

Really nice 9 hole course. Well taken care of with some challenging holes and greens. Will definitely play here again.

It's a small town 9-hole golf course and it's definitely worth the visit. Reasonably priced for the 9-hole layout. Course was in pretty good shape when I played in early September. Beer and snacks in the clubhouse. Driving range and putting green available. Would play again!
