I play at least once a week here, and I love it. It's a good, challenging course with plenty of hills and water hazards. The greens are in great shape, as are the fairways. If you get into the rough, it can be hard to find your ball because it's usually pretty think rough. It's definitely a fun course.

The course was in excellent shape and the Greens were rolling and looking really good. The only reason I am giving four stars is that the carts were extremely filthy and not in good shape at all. For the Money I spent, You would think They could at least rinse the scooters off a little bit, especially where I sit.... Other than that it was a good round.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOLFING HERE. I recently played this course with a group of three friends, and unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We called ahead to confirm we could tee off at 6 PM, and were told by staff that it would be no problem as long as we arrived by then. I got there at 5:52 and went in to pay for the group, only to be told by the same employee that we couldn’t play because they were now “fully booked.” I reminded him that our group had just spoken with him on the phone, but he refused to let us head out. Strangely, when my friend (who had made the original call) went in right after me to try again, the same employee suddenly allowed him to book our group. No explanation. Just a complete inconsistency in how we were treated minutes apart. Once we got on the course, we were immediately hit with sprinklers on the tee box of hole 1, then on almost every green and tee box for the first 3 holes. We got completely soaked. I called the pro shop again and was told the sprinklers run on a timer starting at 6 PM and “that’s why we don’t let people out then.” That crucial detail was never mentioned when we called or when we were let out to play. What made it worse: had the employee let me book us right away (as we were on time), we would have been ahead of the sprinklers and avoided the issue altogether. To top it off, after finishing our round, we were the last group in the parking lot, just chatting by our cars. The same employee pulled out in his vehicle, parked directly in front of us with his headlights on, and just sat there watching us. It was extremely uncomfortable. All in all, the experience felt unwelcoming, disorganized, and borderline hostile. I’ve golfed at many courses and never had anything like this happen before. I really wanted to like this place, but based on this experience, I won’t be coming back or recommending it to others. Hope the employee with the dog learns to be more professional in the future.

***PSA*** DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS HERE, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEM! Found a gift card of $50 to go play Palmira Golf Club in St John while i was cleaning my basement today. Turns out, they won't honor it bc it needs "a 6 digit alpha code" when the gift card has the name of the place and logo, no expiration date, so now I am out $50 dollars...says "come back another time and maybe it will work" like it'll make a difference...I just wanted to walk 18 casually with no problems, and this place does not honor the gift certificate. In context, the gift card is $50 dollars, bought on 12-17-2015 (yes I understand 10 years ago), and it has a certificate # for confirmation...yet they will not honor it, and in my eyes just stole $50. Unfortunately, i am moving to Florida and I wanted to play this course one last time before leaving, and they still wouldn't honor it. Used to be my favorite place, now the people dont care about their locals.
