Price is high for balls, but close to my house so convenient. Unfortunately, the driving range closes very early at 5pm. Today I was finally able to get there at a decent time with my 14 year old son. The guy on the golf ball collecting cart drove up to me and my son while hitting balls at 4:15 to yell at me and my son telling us we need to hurry up. Unbelievable

Not impressed really and don’t plan to ever return. Not customer service friendly from what I’ve seen. If you show up an hour before they close, they won’t sell you a bucket for the range and they close their prison. I’ve seen better facilities around anyways, so I would support other places first. Who closes a golf course at 5pm on the weekend?

This may be the worst golf course that I have ever gone to in my life. Booked online for 3 golfers with carts and found out at the front desk that you have to be 18 to drive a cart. My nephew is 16 and still couldn't drive a cart? The legal age of driving? It is what it is. We were told we had to walk, but when I asked for the money back for the carts they said they couldn't refund the extra charge?? Our tee time was at 3:20pm. They never mentioned once that they closed at 4:45pm, nor is it posted anywhere for me to see. At the end of hole 4 the lady comes back up to me and says we aren't going to finish and they close at 4:45pm so we need to leave. ZERO Communication about this. I got charged to drive a full 9 holes, and then only walked maybe half the course before getting kicked out?? Then, as we're walking out, the Ranger drives over to me and is an absolute tool to me as I'm being respectful and leaving even though they screwed us over? Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is the worst course, with the worst customer service, and the worst attitudes I have ever seen. Will never return to this scammers course. What a joke.

HORRIBLE customer service. Called 2 days ago to book a tee time, we show up and the man working claimed I “must’ve called the wrong course” because they didn’t have our names down. We did not call the wrong course. So the worker was quite rude since he wouldn’t be going home early. About 5 holes in he approached us on the course and told us to “pick up the pace” because we were the only ones golfing. (??) Mind you we showed up at 2:45 and their last tee time is 3:30. We finished 9 holes under 1.5 hours with 2 adults and 2 kids practicing their irons. SUPPORT OTHER, FRIENDLY, LOCAL COURSES!

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible. My husband tried taking our five year-old three separate times and each time was a different time “2 PM 3 PM and 230 and each time they decided they were “closing soon” and wouldn’t allow my husband and five year-old to golf or even shoot a couple balls on the driving range. If you have specific times posted you should follow them and not just decide that you don’t want to be open any longer..It’s absolute bullshit and seeing my five-year-old disappointed and not being able to golf three separate times was the breaking point for me.. should’ve just stopped after the first time, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt save yourself the time and go to Oak Knoll.
