We had the most incredible wedding at Whitetail Ridge! The staff was amazing - particularly Abby, the wedding coordinator. So accommodating & her communication was outstanding! They helped make memories for a lifetime to come. Food was great & price was reasonable! Very, very happy with our experience!! Highly recommend their venue!

Whitetail Ridge has a really interesting course layout and is a joy to play. Each hole has a challenging layout, with a variety of water, sand, grass and tree hazards to ruin your day. The pastoral setting makes this course attractive, and while it's located in a neighborhood, homes are not on top of the course as in other places. Although the fairways and tees were showing significant signs of blight in areas, it can be common this time of year. The course is very well maintained, on par with the best in the Chicago suburbs. The restaurant staff was attentive, and the practice facility is excellent. Why not a 5 star rating? Dynamic pricing model is in effect here, and I'm not a fan of it. Prices can spike much higher than I'm willing to pay. Whitetail Ridge is a favorite course of mine, if the price is right. I recommend it.

The crew at Whitetail Ridge was incredible. On Saturday it was 92 and humid and then out of nowhere a storm blew through and they all sprinted out there to try to save the decor and everything. I had Amanda Hopkins as my coordinator she was so amazing. She was keeping me calm and helping me with every little thing like showing me the weather, fixing my shoes, handing me my lip gloss, etc. Not everything went smoothly but they did the best they could and honestly I’m so thankful for them! My guests were like “omg the workers here are fantastic.” The driving range ceremony is totally worth it by the way, it looked like the most beautiful rolling hills. Im so so happy I got married at Whitetail.

As a luxury wedding photographer, this country club nestled in rural rolling hills of Yorkville, IL is pure magic—especially if you’re dreaming of fall colors or golden-hour sunsets! Stunning white picket fences line the property and grand oak trees provide the most gorgeous shade for photos (especially on those scorching summer days), and every corner of the property feels like it was made for swoon-worthy portraits. One of my favorite perks? They give you golf carts to zip around to all the perfect photo spots—yes, it’s basically a photographer’s dream joyride. The venue's coordinators are incredible too, helping guide us to the best locations and making sure the day flows smoothly.
