Don't go unless you enjoy being harassed by employees, forced to skip holes and not play a real game because they over book their tee times and then get rude with you even though youre a paying customer. There are many other respectable courses in mchenry county. Id avoid this one.

9 holes only. Decently priced. Super friendly staff. Greens and tees are very well taken care of. After a large rain fall there are a few spots with standing water but for the most part the course is good to go. We come here at least once a month and enjoy nature.

Great challenging 9 hole track. All kinds of challenging shots narrow targets, island green with plenty, n plenty of water hazards to punish you if you dont manage the shot n hole correctly. Well supported by community hope it's around for years to come

My daughter and went golfing at Craig Woods and the experience was less that favorable. Not only does one of their tee boxes now have power lines in the way of your drive, but they have a temporary green on the fairway. This green is a joke, you can't even put on it. And you get charged full price for the honor. I would avoid this place.
