Had such a great time here! The course was in really nice shape and the greens rolled true. Its challenging enough to keep things interesting but still enjoyable for all skill levels. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Well definitely be back for another round soon.

My first time playing this course was a pretty unforgettable experience, with compounding blemishes throughout the day. Following a day of rain, my brothers and I had a foursome booked for our birthdays at Nettle. Upon arriving to check in, we were told there were no motorized carts today due to the rain the night prior (I can respect cart path only, but no carts at all seemed excessive, and now we were preparing to walk). We tell the gentlemen, 4 pull carts, please. They were out of pull carts! So now we were forced to walk, and carry our bags, no apology, no discount. It was 95 degrees, and with the day already taking a turn, we still proceeded to start the walk, with some angst. As if the day wasn't frustrating enough, it wasn't until hole 7 that we found the 1st drinking water cooler on the course. Sweating, and very bitter now, we prepared to drink our bodyweight in fluid ounces of water, and, yep, THE DAMN COOLERS WERE ALL EMPTY ON THE COURSE. Nettle creek ownership and management: you've got a cute golf course, fun layout, and I completely understand mistakes are made. But i caution, experiences like mine will start to make a business fall in the negative. And after speaking to other walkers on the course that day, they were all feeling the same. And also, the course was NOT of standing water, plenty of cart path to drive, so the day was a bust, a rip off, and an effort of negligence by the owner. The young lady working in the pro shop agreed that this was a drop of the ball in management. She was very nice but had no control.

This is an awesome course love the links style. Met the owner very nice guy very welcoming. Beautifully laid out nice homes along the way.

Great golf course. The staff was friendly and helpful for the golf outing I attended. There are many shots with water and sand hazards. The golf carts are gas powered and newer, with GPS and interactive screens.
