I've called the office four times about my neighbor's garbage cans being in the wrong place. He puts them on the the other side of his house, so if I'm sitting on my patio I'm staring at his ugly cans plus they stink.

Nice and quiet neighbors are nice. Management are not doing a good job lot fee is to high and why pay for cable that you don’t use. Management also tell you that there’s going to be improvement to your rental and nothing is never done also won’t respond to your complaints I have lived here for 5years when I first moved their were no gutters on the home I mentioned it to the manager and was told that I would get gutters which took two years to get, now I’m having an overflow problem which they said it would be fixed nothing yet. It’s the same thing nothing is never done . I’m a renter not an owner. Haven’t met the new manager Anna but I have been trying to get in touch with her always at meeting or she’s not here, can’t get her by phone or email what. Joke she’s no better than Heather

This place should be free as the greens are completely unplayable. Balls can get lost in the fairway. Shouldn't be more than $5 a round. $10 if you get an electric cart.
