We recently hosted my baby shower here, and I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From start to finish, the entire event ran so smoothly and turned out more beautifully than I ever could have imagined. It truly exceeded every expectation and dream I had for the day — and as someone who cares deeply about details, that is saying a lot! I worked exclusively with Hayley throughout the planning process, and she was nothing short of incredible. She was accommodating, patient, energetic, and endlessly helpful. I am not known for my brevity and tend to be very detail-oriented (okay… maybe even a stickler), and she never once made me feel like I was asking too much. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide thoughtful input. She made me feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how safe I felt having the event in their hands. Any time I made a request, I knew it was being handled — and sure enough, when we arrived the day of the shower, everything was exactly as planned and ready to go. Hayley even brought thoughtful considerations to my attention that I wouldn’t have otherwise thought about, which made everything feel even more seamless. We chose a “Baby It’s Cold Outside” theme, and the team went above and beyond to help transform the space into a winter wonderland. Without me even specifically requesting it, they made adjustments like covering the golf simulators with beautiful cream curtains that completely elevated the room and tied everything together. The space felt magical. They also graciously allowed us access to the venue several hours before the event so we could set up — and we had a LOT of décor that required time and attention to detail. They welcomed us warmly and even had staff available to assist. Every single person we interacted with seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to help — never annoyed, rushed, or frustrated. Just kind, gracious, and accommodating. The staff overall was absolutely delightful. So friendly, so attentive, and truly invested in making the day special. You could feel that they cared. Hayley’s attention to detail is truly what made the entire event feel seamless and perfect. It has now been several weeks since the shower, and we are still receiving compliments and praise about how beautiful and well-run it was. That is 100% a reflection of her and her team’s support. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had several food allergens among our guests, and they handled accommodations effortlessly, ensuring everyone felt included and left with very full, happy bellies. In addition to the ladies’ shower luncheon, my husband hosted a “gentlemen’s shower” in the bar area, and by all accounts, they had an incredible time as well. The food and service received rave reviews, and the bartenders were wonderful — so kind and gracious, especially when accommodating a bit of spillover from our side of the event. All in all, I would host another event here in a heartbeat. The level of service was so exceptional that I am honestly hoping to maintain a relationship with Hayley — it was that good. If you are considering booking any event here, stop thinking and just do it. I cannot recommend this venue enough. 💛✨

Wedding Venue Review: September 20th, 2024 Pros: Cost, Communication, Venue Coordinator, Food, Bar, Staff, Stunning grounds for photographs Cons: Not 1 single con. Have your wedding here - you won't regret it Where to begin...I'll start with the most amazing venue coordinator you could ask for - Hayley. From the first meeting my Husband and I had with Hayley about booking Pinecrest for our wedding we knew we were in the best hands. Hayley walked us through every detail and we quickly found out just how much she is willing, and delighted, to do to make our wedding special. This care followed through all the way up until the day of the wedding! Hayley was incredibly communicative throughout the planning process, and she set up AND took down all of our decor. We truly did not have to lift a finger and she made the reception look absolutely fabulous. The food...our guests are still talking about how amazing dinner was. Mark and the kitchen staff did a fabulous job with all of the food for our wedding. We thought that our tasting when we selected our meals was good? It was somehow BETTER the night of our wedding. I don't know how they did it, but the mashed potatoes and the white fish - I still dream about it. We also had quite a few dietary restrictions, gluten-free and vegan, and Mark and his team happily worked with us to make sure our guests were provided gluten-free and vegan versions of the meals that we selected! The bar? Equally as fabulous. We threw out the idea of adding a signature drink and Hayley and Mark were ON it. We gave them a recipe we enjoyed of a French 75 and they were more than happy to include it. The bar was packed with pretty much everything you could ask for, and the bartenders were so fun and kind. We truly had the best time with them. I've been to Pinecrest before so I already knew it was a beautiful course, but our photographs turned out even better than I had hoped. It was a beautiful day surrounded by beautiful scenery and the most amazing people. We used all local vendors - venue, DJ, Photographer, and they turned out to all know each other so of course they worked FABULOUSLY together. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing team. I could go on forever about how perfect our wedding was, and it could not have happened without Hayley, Mark, and all of the Pinecrest staff. My daughter had her wedding reception at Pinecrest a couple weekkls ago and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience there. Hayley and her staff were so professional yet so accommodating to our needs. Hats off to the chef!! The food was delicious. I’ve never attended a reception where so many people complemented the food. It was perfect. 5 stars from the McCabe Family!

My husband & I gave both our father's a 90th Birthday celebration here. Hayley & her staff were AWESOME! Hayley is very sweet, easy to work with and very accommodating. The food was delicious & bar service was great. Beautiful venue all around. I definitely recommend Pinecrest Golf Club for a beautiful venue with beautiful memories. Thank you again!

I don’t have enough amazing things I could say about Mark and Hayley. Just absolutely amazing. If there was a bump in my day, I never felt it! The entire day was beautiful and seamless. They are both extremely responsive and were probably sick of hearing from me at the end! We could not recommend Pinecrest enough for any event!
