Course was in very good condition. Holes 10-13 pretty basic, but the rest of the course very scenic with good variety. If you havent played here before pay attention to the markers on the tees as the score card doesn't have any diagrams of the holes. Spendy fees. $100. Nice course, but somewhat overpriced. Nice course in good shape good driving range, chipping, and putting area. Unfortunately, when we were there all their water features were down for maintenance. Second Review……… came back in town and gave the pro shop a call. Asked if the course was in good shape and water features were back up. Guy in the pro shop was extremely condescending said what do you mean is the lake still there?. won’t be back too many other good courses in the Coeur d’Alene area. Bummer..

Awesome course. Fun holes and in good shape for middle of April.

I’m not a fan of writing negative reviews, but the experiences we have had this season at Avondale have been anything but pleasant. Numerous issues continue to be concerning, yet staff say they are unaware of them including: having groups of 5,6, and 7 players allowed to golf, having inconsistent beverage carts (either never seeing one or seeing one just 1 time the entire course), and being stuck on a hole with 3 other groups waiting and waiting and waiting, while no course Marshall or staff do anything. My main issue though is how the course has treated corporate members this season- by limiting tee times, while there are already numerous days/times tee times aren’t available due to leagues and tournaments, is pretty petty and to me, it seems like a very, very poor business decision. As part of a corporate pass for the last 8 years and after spending countless amounts of money on food/bev and merchandise, if things stay the same we will not back. Avondale is a PUBLIC course, but if you continue to cater to a few members who are trying to be more private, I hope those members start paying what private course fees actually would be- please don’t respond with we aren’t aware of anything, because you have been made aware but aren’t doing anything about it.

Looked online when booking, the price said from 70$ when we showed up it was going to be over $280 with a cart for the 2 of us at 4:40pm. Prices online misleading plus we drove from Canada to play and was met with disappointment!
