We played in an outing today and the course was is great shape. The new renovations to the greens and bunkers are awesome. This was my second time playing since the renovation was complete and you can tell the new owners are putting the money into keeping it in great shape.

This is a 9 hole course now. Legacy has been redone and plays well. Heritage is closed for maintenance and tradition is open but there isn’t a green that is remotely playable. If you come here looking at the price as a 9 hole you’ll be satisfied if the price for the 9 is fair to you. And on the tradition course every fairway and rough is littered with shredded golfballs that were caught up in the mower. Makes finding your ball a joy.

I’ve enjoyed my experience at Heritage Golf Links every time I’ve been out. The staff is always on point, greeting you with a friendly manner—especially if you’re a member or a regular. They’ve done a fantastic job with the recent renovations. The greens have had some struggles, which is expected in the middle of the Georgia heat, but overall, the improvements are clear. Legacy and Heritage are both great, challenging tracks that keep you engaged throughout the round. Tradition had been rough for a while, but it’s obvious the team has put a lot more attention into it recently—it’s well on its way to being a really fun course as well. The clubhouse also deserves a mention: great food and beverage options at reasonable prices, plus it’s a comfortable spot to relax and hang out after a morning round. Overall: Great staff, challenging courses, and a welcoming environment. I can’t recommend this course—or the team that runs it—enough.

Booked a 4:30 round on a Friday for me and 3 friends from out of town, and since this was their first time visiting GA for golf I booked us a weekend of local courses. This was our first stop. Price online when booking said $45 per player for the twilight rate, however the price is posted as $65 for twilight when you arrive at the course. Okay, no problem. We knew we wouldn’t get 18 in but to increase our pace of play we did a 2v2 best ball and kept it moving. We were behind another group of 4, with 2 separate groups of 2 behind us. We had to wait on every tee box, as expected for golf in metro Atlanta on a Friday afternoon. Our round was thrown off completely when a marshal approached us after teeing off on hole 8 - he said, “There’s an open green ahead of you, which means you’re playing about a stroke slow” I swear to god. And then proceeded to tell us to pick our balls up and count it as a par, because everyone wants to get out and finish their round. We finished 8 holes in 2 hours, while having to wait ourselves on every tee box. It’s a fun track honestly, I’ve enjoyed the challenging layout both times playing this course despite the rotting greens and miserably punched holes that are filled with sand to the point that you can’t even stick the flag in some of them. I will never return here. Felt completely disrespected by being told to pick up my ball after my tee shot on a 400 yard par 4. We stopped for hot dogs and drinks at the turn after skipping through the rest of that hole and wouldn’t you guess it, still had to wait on the tee box. Nick/Nate in the Golf Shop was a professional and very courteous, whoever that Marshal is needs to get a new job.

Great course, fun layout to play with some challenging holes Greens are welcoming and in good condition however players need to repair there divots. Spacious putting green and practice facilities with food and beverages and the practice facility.
