This course has been great until it wasn’t! Have been coming here often always bringing friends and family until we experience a busy day which is a nightmare. Group behind us kept rushing us, laughed at us while teeing off and kept hitting the ball close to us (more than 4 times) even though we waited on very hole for people ahead of us which we tried explaining to them but was no help. There was no ranger anywhere to manage pace of play or step in when things got out of hand and unfortunately no cell service on the course to call the pro shop at the time. To make matters worse, once we got to the 13th hole not only was there kids with electric scooters riding on the course but the sun started setting in due to the high volume of players ahead of us so we had to finish there. Once we got a chance to explain the situation to the staff they were shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. Despite clearly unplayable conditions, they refused to offer a raincheck or any reasonable accommodation. No empathy, no customer service—just a rigid “too bad” attitude. Golf is supposed to be enjoyable and respectful. This course offered none. Poor management, poor sportsmanship, and staff who don’t stand behind the experience they’re selling. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their time or money.

Called yesterday at 1:32 and booked a tee time for 12:36, which only had one spot available. Checked in today at 12:00, for 12:36, and am told that I’m booked for 12:44. I said that’s not what I booked. They said it was booked at 3:02 yesterday. I said I called well before that and booked 12:36 and they confirmed that tee time now had 4 players. So they clearly decided to move me to a different time, likely because the 3 others wanted someone else in their group. This is simply disrespectful and bad business. That’s my tee time and I’m planning for that. It may only be 8 minutes difference, but that on top of being 17 minutes behind pace because of slow play ahead of us, caused me to not be able to finish my round. If you want to push someone to a later tee time, you ABSOLUTELY call and check with them first. It’s a complete lack of courtesy from the staff and it’s not the first time it’s happened. I would not have moved my tee time because of things I needed to do later in the day. But you didn’t care enough about your customers to check. I’ve played here quite a bit and I’m not sure if I’ll be back again after this…

Great course, greens are excellent and the price around 60 bucks for the course is truly a bargain I'll be back next week. Thank you Lexington Oaks.

I want to provide a huge shout-out to Lexington Oaks Golf Club, specifically Susana and Anass as well as their staff. I booked a 60th birthday for my husband and it was amazing. Not only was the food and service impeccable, but Susana and her team handled placing our decorations; not that the club wasn’t already beautiful. I’d like to say living in the neighborhood makes it all more convenient, but they go many steps beyond that. We are lucky to have such a wonderful course and restaurant within our neighborhood. We are already talking about hosting our next event there this summer. If you are looking for a place to have a great dinner or to hold a special event, I suggest you look no further. Thank you for making our event so special.

I haven’t visited this course in a while but I came in on Wednesday and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was accommodating and I was able to get out quickly. The course was in good condition especially for all the movement it receives. It’s a good time.
