Gaspar Golf’s Black Skull League plays at Heritage Isles once a month, and the course is always in great shape. The greens are a nice speed and roll true. Fun layout. The GM, Greg, and pro, Chris, are awesome at what they do. The practice green is the fastest in the Tampa Bay Area. The par 3 holes are no joke from the blue tees. Great course and the rates are some of the best in Tampa.

Played here on Friday on a trip from the UK, and can't say enough about the experience. From the guy in the pro shop, to the starter, the ranger and clubhouse staff everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. The course was in great shape, with the greens running quick and true. The 2 members that I was paired with were very friendly and helped me to plot my way round. Will definitely be back if I'm ever back in Tampa

I was here for a business meeting. Cannot say much about playing golf over there but the conference room was pretty nice ( the nicest room I have been to so far for a business meeting ) & tye views were nice 😊

We were directed to start on the 10th hole even though the 1st tee was completely open. When we arrived at hole 10, there were already four foursomes waiting. We understand there may have been a reason for this decision, but unfortunately, it wasn’t clearly explained to us. Also, at 9:00 a.m., range balls were still unavailable, while a few employees were chatting in the garage watching us wait for someone to connect the machine. That being said, the course itself was absolutely exceptional — truly spectacular conditions, and one of the best rounds of golf of my life. And for the price, it was almost unbelievable how affordable it was considering the quality and maintenance of the course. Overall, the course is stunning and 100% worth playing. I sincerely hope the service and communication improve, because the course is world-class. We will definitely be back. I’m still giving it 5 stars considering the outstanding quality of the course, the fairways, and the greens.

FUTURE HOMEOWNERS BEWARE: 1. It’s complete chaos between the homeowners, the board, and the management company, which is used as puppets to do what the board wants. The president of the board has a Napoleon complex and thinks he can say and do whatever he wants. 2. The management company will fine you for the most insignificant items. Example: Wednesday garbage was put out in the morning and not even five hours had passed before a fine was issued, as they seem to have quotas. Not even a 24 hr courtesy. Another example: a small part of my house was discolored and they wanted me to paint the entire house, which could cost close to $5,000, when it wasn’t necessary. We asked if we could try power washing it first. They will threaten you and continue sending fines, and the last fine will be certified. They will put a lien on your house at $100 a day. They have lawyers on staff, so be ready to spend money going to court. The management personnel drive by in their car and don’t even get out. The fine feels completely disingenuous because they don’t do a thorough job inspecting your property. They find one thing wrong, or something that may just look wrong, and they will fine you. 3. The annual board meetings are a joke. My first time attending as a homeowner, a fight almost broke out. Homeowners have had enough of the fines and threats from the management company if you don’t fix your issue immediately. 4. They want to know who lives in your property. I can’t even let a friend stay over more than two weeks without it being considered a violation. If my friend came up on hard times you mean to tell me I can’t allow them to stay at my home? 5. They also pick and choose who they go after. You’ll understand if you buy here and talk to other neighbors. In conclusion, this is not a great place if you don’t like an over obsession with rules. Rules are important and they help keep property values up. But we are all working class people trying to make it. They know most people don’t have the money to file a lawsuit or take them to court, so they threaten you with constant, ridiculous fines that feel petty and unnecessary because the management company seems to have quotas. I hope every homeowner pushes to abolish the current board and management company. The HOA manager, who has her office at the country club, is miserable and rude, and unfortunately that attitude trickles down to the staff. Hopefully this helps. The day you buy here may be the day you start regretting it.
