Location is incomparable! Views, unmatched! Pools and Hot tubs everywhere! The rooms are used a lot, so some minor repairs are always missed.

Beautiful Resort with several pools (including a beautiful Polynesian pool) and hot tubs. Much to our surprise, starting in March, they charge $60 to rent a chair by the Polynesian pool. Chairs are available towards the back for free. So for that reason, we will not come back.

This is an old and outdated “resort” with absolutely horrible service. Most units are condos which you can rent on AirBNB or VRBO. Ours was old and outdated with very few amenities. For $2,700 a week I would expect much more. The pool and grounds need a lot of work as well. The biggest issue was the staff and service. They lack any semblance of customer service skills. I had rented some fishing equipment which was delivered to me. The company needed to pick it up but could not get there until after I had to leave for the airport. I tried to leave it for them at the entry gate guard shack and the guard refused. I then called owner “services” and again they denied a very simple request. A driver was simply going to pull up and grab his equipment. Obviously I was assuming all liability for the equipment as I had a retainer with the equipment rental company. Instead the person in owner services told me to drive it to them. She was rude, condescending and actually hung up on me. If this is what you get from “owner services” find a place somewhere else.

Thank you Edgewater Golf Club! Great staff and really helpful. Was able to obtain a pass for a day to play the well manicured executive course. Thank you for welcoming me. I joined a resident Doug and we had a great time chasing a couple golf balls. Need to be a resident / guest to play and was able to tee up a round here. Test your shorter to mid game here. Took out 5 wood on 2 holes. Plenty of water to manipulate. Bunkers were playable and had base. Greens were manageable and true. Not too fast. Would recommend folks to repair ball marks and fill divots. Doug and I spent a few minutes each hole helping tee and green maintenance. It’s the small details to keep a course condition maintained for the next group to come through. Hope you enjoy my few photos. I will try and find a way back if I can. The service around the pool was great; however, the pool was packed with no one wearing their wristbands, it is like they came in from the beach, not actually staying here. People were drinking in the pool, and so many LARGE floats which can almost make the pool feel small. Lots of kids running and horseplay, kinda like a fight just waiting to happen. Kids climbing on the islands at the big pool. Just takes away from the great experience we had last year when Cindy stopped this behavior and enforced the rules. Also could not get a chair by the pool due to people saving all of them and then walking away to do other things. We liked the condo we were in actually booked the same one as last year because we enjoyed it so much. Oh and one more thing, there were kids driving remote control boats around people trying to enjoy the pool.
