Very nice and accommodating staff. Challenging lay out with narrow fairways and lots of trouble (water/marsh). And the greens were true and in good shape. Golf cart was very old and beat up (looked like they all were). Tee boxes and driving range need some TLC. Said there was a beverage cart but we never saw it.

The pro shop people are all really good and friendly. The bartenders are also really good and friendly. The course itself is pretty good especially considering the drought we’re in. I would recommend anyone to go play this course. You will not be disappointed.

I liked the course. Moderately difficult. You will probably lose some balls...fun layout. Price was pretty good $75 for a Feb weekday. Overall course in good shape, however some tee boxes and other areas could use some TLC, i.e. dead spots of grass, etc.

As much as I despise spraying golf balls into the marshes here, I always seem to have a great time playing 9 or 18. JBGC is a local gem with challenging holes and incredible views of local wildlife. The rates are reasonable and the staff are friendly. Stop by the 19th for ice cold beers and delicious snacks and sandwiches. It never disappoints.

Nice course with challenges when playing from blue or gold tees. Mix of some narrow fairways, water with a few blind tee shots thrown in. Definitely good course to reference the hole by hole book they give you. Wether needed or not have a few extra balls on hand just in case.
