Course was is good shape nice tee boxes and decent greens. I think the girl inside the restaurants name was Katie? She was very kind and helpful, the coffee was free which was nice and the breakfast sammy was great. I'd give this place 5 stars but they have the most brain dead maintenance team I've ever seen - Parking mowers in front of tee boxes while we are about to hit - turning machines on 20 feet away from you instead of waiting the 30 seconds it takes to hit your shot while on the fairway - Kind staff none the less and I'll come back one day when I feel like making the 45 min drive

This President’s weekend I was kamping at Phipps Campground in Stuart, Florida ! 20 mins from there is Indiantown Golf Course . At $40 vs $125 of others nearby it was an easy desicion. Beautifully groomed with an interesting design this 18 holes are not an easy task ! Great restaurant that opens at 11 am everyday will be a sure stop before you leave ! Go!! I am sure you will like it !

Let me begin by saying I've been to this course at least 50 times in the last 10 years. I've had very good experiences, until this weekend. I came in with my 11 year old daughter and I was going to play a round. My daughter likes to come and I like to involve her with golf, trying to encourage participation. I call her my caddy. So she doesn't feel "out of place" I bought her a set of clubs a while back and we have been slowly working on shots on the course. This morning we came in very early. I believe we were the second group at 7:08. After paying for the round I loaded our bags into the cart and was about to set off when the woman who took my payment seemed to sprint out of the clubhouse to my daughter and I. She said since she had a golf bag she had to pay full price. I told her that she doesn't really play but there was no sympathy and no junior rate. Moving on, since I paid for the round and it was a gorgeous day, I took some time to actually instruct my daughter that was showing increased interest (maybe the weather?). Regardless, we were moving along nicely when on the 9th hole the same pleasant woman came out to tell me that she had gotten calls that we were taking "extra shots". I told her that I had allowed my daughter to take a couple extra shots on the putting green, trying to work on technique. She asked us not to do that. At that point, we were less than 2 hours into the round. Needless to say, after that I was not happy but trying to focus on my daughter, and not on how one of my home courses ruined an experience for me. We finished in almost 3 and a half hours. Sure hope that foursome behind us at 7 o'clock on a Saturday morning that thought we shouldn't hit extra putts and decided to tell on us, got to their appointments on time. I also hope that lady who I've seen for years with the glasses NOT NAMED STEVIE (she's awesome), who now seems to have a managerial position within the golf course, is a little more sympathetic to a little girl trying to pick up a lifetime of memories with her dad. I won't be back.

Always a great day, never crowded, great staff, and well kept grounds. Also, the food at the clubhouse is great. Very reasonably priced.

Nice and challenging. Greens on the Front nine were a little spotty with some fungi. To be expected especially during the off season other than that you will definitely get your money's worth.
