7/30/21 The lot rent is extremely high for a community that is fair at best! The guest pool is embarrassing, the very very small gym has broken machines, the lawn service and the park manager are horrible. The lot rent increases every year and this year it increased by 6.9% If your thinking of buying here make sure you tell your realtor to check for violations by the park manager because if you don't you will be hit with violations left behind by the seller and threatened with foreclose on your home and/ or they will withhold your park ID denying you access to all amenities even if your approved and even if they ask Wynne if there is anything outstanding...Wynne does not include violations in there response. There are a lot of great people here but the treatment of there residents is beyond reprehensible!! I love my home but if I knew then what I know now I would have never ever bought here!

This is a great place for retirement. We have great neighbors to talk with and the community has many clubs available to join. There is always something going on here, if you want to join. There is also an 18 hole par 3 golf course that is part of that community. The golf club has many activities. Also it's very close to Vero beach and Fort Pierce.

I thought it would be a wonderful place to live. Till I got here and there were all these rules and regulations. I've never lived in a mobile home park for community with so many rules.And oh my god the lot rent fees. My realtor told me one thing, and the park told me something totally different. And actually, the paperwork I signed from my realtor stated that my lot rent was $830.00 and when I got here, they said, oh no, that's wrong.It's $874.18. I know one thing. If it goes up next year. I know a lot of people in here that won't be here. In the compliancy notices are outrageous. And to top that off I'd like to know who owns the road Spanish Lakes Boulevard is it owned by the county or is it owned by the community because of its owned by the community more precisely Wynne Corporation they should be responsible for keeping it clean. It isn't fair for the senior citizens that live here myself included then have to pay to have new tires put on their vehicle because of the construction Crews being lapse in picking up their screws and nails and stuff and just leaving of scattered all over Spanish Lakes Boulevard so that the senior citizens can drive through here and puncture not one not two not three but all four of their tires on their vehicles their golf carts their wheelchairs their scooters and their bicycles. I know several people in here that have that issue including myself when I moved here I had four brand new tires put on my car since living here for 8 months I've had three tires plugged because of screws or Nails in them.

It is a very unfriendly place. If you don't look like you are over 55. The residents are not friendly to you. If you liked clicks in school, this is the place for you. Not everyone has to conform to the rules of the park.

Moved in in Sept last year. Couldn’t be happier with our Choice, we were accepted by all and have made many new friends. We made a great decision.
