This is a great layout simi challenging golf course. Fairways were really nice when we played the week of Christmas 2025. Some un level spots on the FW which makes the course more interesting to play. 3 or 4 greens had patches so hopefully those would improve as the season goes on. The staff were really nice and friendly.

Bar service was very slow and it was difficult to get the attention of the woman working, which was frustrating right from the start. The pace of play was awful. We had a 12:30 tee time and didn’t tee off until around 12:45. Once on the course, we were consistently waiting 10–15 minutes before teeing off on nearly every hole. The starter was strict about making sure our extra rider paid to ride along, which is fine, but once we were actually out on the course, there was no ranger in sight managing pace of play or keeping groups moving. Course conditions were also very poor. Tee boxes and fairways were in bad shape, and the back 9 wasn’t even worth playing. Even the putting greens were messed up. We ended up leaving early because it was almost 5:00 PM and we weren’t even on hole 13 yet. Overall, poor service, terrible pace management, and unacceptable course conditions. Would not recommend.

Played this course while on vacation. Booked our Tee Time thru GolfNow at a very reasonable rate. Excellent greens. Will certainly play again at my first opportunity.

⭐️ (only because Google won’t let me give zero) If your goal is to donate money and watch the sun set while standing on tee boxes, this is the place for you. The course is in awful condition, but that’s almost impressive considering the real attraction here is how aggressively they oversell tee times. Our original tee time was 2:52 PM. The group behind us (2:45) let us go ahead—huge mistake, because this course proudly operates on 7-minute tee times. On a public municipal course. Genius. By 4:06 PM, we were on hole 5. Read that again. Hole. Five. The threesome in front of us refused to let our twosome play through and also refused to play anything resembling ready golf. Naturally, there’s no ranger. Apparently pace of play is just a fun suggestion here. We called the pro shop, expecting—naively—some level of management. The response? “There’s nothing we can do.” No ranger, no intervention, no concern. When we asked about a refund since we paid for 18 holes and clearly wouldn’t finish before sunset, we were told—again—nothing they can do. No apology. No alternatives. Just pure indifference. This course has perfected the art of charging full price for a partial round and acting like that’s your problem. It’s not incompetence—it’s the business model. I had read other reviews warning how bad this place is and ignored my gut. That was my mistake. Don’t make the same one. Plenty of courses manage tee times, pace of play, and basic customer service. This just isn’t one of them.

Golf course is in terrible condition. Grass is sparse in fairways. This is not the typical Florida tight lie situation. I am saying hard pan soil that makes consistent contact impossible. Some greens are in fair shape but most have areas of missing grass. My advice is do not waste your money on this course. Even the practice green was closed.
