I’ve had such a great time living here all due to Tiffany! The property is nice and conveniently located but Tiffany has literally made my life easier in so many ways! She’s always there to help and always does it with a smile. She’s professional but personable and extremely knowledgeable. She always finds a solution to any issues that come up and does it at breakneck speed, super impressive! I’ve lived in a lot of apartments in multiple states and Tiffany is by FAR the best office manager I’ve ever met and genuinely just a great person. I’ve lived at Bridges since 2023 and have no plans to leave anytime soon. 🤍

Worst apartment complex in the area save yourself the trouble and move to one of the new apartment complexes near here! Amenities NEVER work, hot tub didn't work for half the summer and is still not working suprise suprise...None of the fire pits works, the grills are nasty and have never been cleaned so you can't use those. They won't actually pick up the valet trash and will still charge you for it. There is literally only 2 people that work in the leasing office no one from higher management ever cares and the 2 workers attitudes are atrocious. They over charge you and when you ask for answering they will tell you "the billing is hurting their head" so they will get to it later... that's your job??? They make EVERYTHING harder than it needs to be. Dishwasher didn't work for over 4 months and it was never fixed I actually had to MOVE UNITS due to multiple issues and because no one ever did anything about it for 6 months. They over charged me for rent when I moved to another unit and it took over a month to receive a refund (for the wrong amount). Look at the pictures of the "well maintained" apartments they are selling you. Paper thin walls, inconsistent in multiple areas. Save yourself the money and stress and find a nicer apartment close by! Trust!

To Kimmi, Thanks for helping me out today. I really enjoyed talking to you about Bridges and making me feel so at home. I always get really great experiences here because I can see how much everyone cares about their tenants. Another general thank you for all the work you all put in to making this community clean, Trash, Packages, Cleaning staff comes through on a regular, and I truly believe any concern I could ever have, I can feel comfortable to address. You have made 3 years of my life here wonderful! Ill be here a good while!

We have lived here since the end of May 2024 and Tiffany is always so wonderful. She truly cares about us tenants and advocates for us. Any time we have needed maintenance done Arvin and Jesus get to us immediately. We are definitely renewing our lease and hope to live here for a while. We hope Tiffany never leaves the office staff!

I had a great experience with Bridges at Flatiron Apartment. The community is well maintained, welcoming, and comfortable. I especially want to mention Kimmi and Valentino. They are truly great, professional, and always helpful. Their support and positive attitude made the experience even better. I highly recommend this apartment community.
