Love this course it's a double 9 I try to play here at least once every 2 visits home! This was my daughter's first par on the 5th.

This was a great find during our trip. This 9 hole course offers different tee boxes making it a challenging 18 hole course. The course was in excellent shape, the staff was extremely friendly and the golfers were friendly. It was good enough to play it twice while we were passing through. We highly recommend playing a few holes if you are in the area.

This is a hidden gem of a golf course. It provides a very nice challenge for a making a variety of shots over short, medium and long distances. The course is in excellent condition. The fairways are lush and the greens are smooth and relatively fast and are receptive to good shots that reach a reasonably high flight path. It is only a 9-hole layout, but they have built in a second set of tees for each hole at different distances and angles from the first sets of tees. So you can play a full round of 18 and have a different challenge for each hole. We played on a weekday and it was relatively easy to get a tee time without having to make a reservation way in advance. The price of $45 for 18 holes inclusive of an electric cart was quite reasonable. We finished the full 18 holes in a little under 3 hours. If your travels take you through Trinidad and you have a couple of hours to spare, I highly recommend stopping by this course to get in what will be an enjoyable 9-hole round.

The one thing I do know about this place is the rude and unfriendly guy at the bar. My golfing friends and I recommend you go to Raton until that guy is gone. I'll check again in about a month. Everyone down there has been very friendly.
