Played on June 11, 2025. It was spectacular! Best condition I’ve seen the greens in years. Finished 18 holes in 3 hours and had a blast. So quiet and peaceful and PRETTY!! What a gem!! Thanks to the team that are making the improvements to the course, once those bunkers are redone, it’s going to be absolutely amazing.

What an incredible experience! One of the best stay and play options in all of Colorado. Bring a camera, the course is absolutely breathtaking with incredible views everywhere and tons of wildlife. Beyond all of the scenery, the course is a great design, extremely fun with plenty of risk reward shots. Nothing like a drivable Par 4 to start your round with a bald eagle soaring above! Can’t rave enough about the staff. Everyone from the pro shop to the restaurant and lodging provided great service and were extremely friendly. The cabins are clean, cozy, modern and quiet. Perfect setting for a weekend getaway for a couple or a group golf trip. Well worth the drive, will definitely be back again.

Our group of 7 rode up to the Fox Grille for lunch today. We all had different items, and all were very happy with their selections. They were out of the pulled pork because it is very popular, so I got a Western Bacon Burger, which was delicious. The tickets included a 20% gratuity, which was appropriate because the food and service were good. We'll definitely be back! Thank you.

⛳️⛳️⛳️ What and absolute stunning track! It’s worth the drive. This course has plenty to it, the views, the condition and the people! If you’re a local to CO or traveling in, I would highly recommend this place… I had the opportunity to play and eat, I will make this a staple in my adventures. While here plan sometime to soak it a in, It’ll be worth it.

Boy, has this golf course gone down hill since New management. I used to love to come and stay and play when the rates were reasonable but they out priced that accommodation. I won't pay $200 a night to stay in their little cabins. The AI reservation system is terrible also. I've called down in the past and was actually able to talk to a real live person. Now if you try and talk to the pro shop, the phone rings and rings and then goes to voice mail where you can leave a message and hope someone might call you back in a reasonable time. Today, the AI actually put me on the tee sheet in reserve status. That's fine, I get there sign in, hit some balls then get out when there is an availability. No problem. I drive down from Cheyenne and the gate guard says the course is closed to the public for the weekend. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! You close it down for the home owners? Where 70% of them don't even play? So you chase away the public to accommodate the home owners that could have probably fit into two or three hours in the morning. Good job. My question to you is, did you take over this place to make money or do you want to think you can survive with just your members and your outrageous membership dues? Well, you have chased this paying customer away. I paid for four rounds in advance this spring and I have 3 left and once those are done, I'M DONE. The one thing I do look forward to seeing is that the course closed down due to poor management. It is inevitable! Try to get it in your head, golf courses can't survive these days without the paying public, so you better quit chasing them away!
