We have lived here since the end of May 2024 and Tiffany is always so wonderful. She truly cares about us tenants and advocates for us. Any time we have needed maintenance done Arvin and Jesus get to us immediately. We are definitely renewing our lease and hope to live here for a while. We hope Tiffany never leaves the office staff!

I recently moved into this apartment complex and this was one of the easiest and best leasing/moving experiences I have had from start to finish. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Tiffany. She helped me the entire process and was always available if I needed something. The rest of the office staff have been amazing as well. The amenities are great and the location is perfect. And again, I cannot give Tiffany enough praise because it would not have been possible without her!

We’ve been living here for 6 months now, and my husband and I have really enjoyed our experience so far. The apartment complex is always clean and well-maintained. We especially want to highlight Arvin, the maintenance manager, and Tiffany in the leasing office. They’re both truly great at what they do. Anytime we’ve submitted a maintenance request, it’s been taken care of the same day which is rare to find and so appreciated! Arvin is always on top of everything and clearly takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. Tiffany has also been extremely helpful and kind whenever we’ve needed anything or had questions. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

We had the best experience moving to Bridges at Flatiron! The ladies in the office are absolutely wonderful. Kimmi was so sweet and made us feel so welcome. We knew right after our tour that we wanted to live here. Andrea answered so many questions for me over the phone and made the application process a breeze. Best experience I've ever had moving. And the building is great! Grounds stay pretty quiet, tenants are friendly, great location and views. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment in the Broomfield area!

I’ve lived at this apartment complex since 2023, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The office staff is incredibly responsive and considerate—they truly listen to residents and take concerns seriously, always working quickly to find solutions. A special shoutout to Tiffany in the office—she’s amazing and consistently goes above and beyond! One of the standout features here is the layout of the apartments. I’ve toured dozens of complexes, and very few offer the kind of open, spacious floor plans you’ll find here. The high ceilings make a huge difference—especially if you’re tall like me—and create a comfortable, airy feel that’s hard to find elsewhere. They’re also planning improvements to the already well-equipped gym, which shows how committed they are to continually enhancing the resident experience. I’m genuinely happy to call this place home.
