For how much it costs to stay here I expected it to be a little nicer. The room was so warm even while running the air conditioner. The air conditioner doesn’t have a thermostat and you can control when it turns on for you. There were hardly any outlets and only one trash can. For a hot springs there should be more places to hang towels and wet swimsuits but there was only one space on the back of the bathroom door. The beds were pretty firm and uncomfortable but the towels were really soft. The location is absolutely beautiful!! Unfortunately the hot springs were nice but the pools were kinda dirty and we seen people eating pizza inside the hot springs in the water. Wish we would have had a better experience staying here. We would not recommend staying here to anyone nor would we come back to stay ourselves.

The outside pool/hot springs area of the resort is gorgeous. Everything is well maintained and the plants/gardens are beautiful. However, our room was gross. When we walked in it was damp-feeling and smelled awful. I can only describe the smell as a mixture of a carpet from a 40 year old Chuck E Cheese and poop. The towels were all dingy and didn’t look or smell clean. Luckily the sheets were clean, but I was still concerned about bed bugs or other pests dude to the overall state of the room. The bathroom smelled like mildew and the carpet in the room was old and dirty. I asked everyone I talked to at the pool if their room was nice, and no one said yes. For how expensive this place is, you’d think they’d want the rooms to be nice. It’s a shame because we loved the pool/springs area and would love to go back, but won’t be returning until they update the rooms. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. You can buy a day pass for the pool area and still enjoy it without having to sleep in a disgusting room.

Had visited two years prior, stayed in a building opposite of the pools because I brought my dogs and stayed on a dog friendly room. Had a great time, rooms were great. Staff was friendly. Two years later I bring my wife, no pets this time. The room they put us in really needed to be updated and kept up. It shows its age. No screens on back window, A/C did not function properly and stay on. Staff was like zombies, not as friendly as before. I don’t know what changed in two years. Did not have a good visit this time.over priced for the condition of the rooms. Breakfast buffet was not great for the money. Fruit look like yesterdays, quiche was very salty. It’s nice to stay at spring pools but everything else not so good.

The rooms are clearly a work-in-progress from this once motel. The floors are creaky and the bathrooms are dated. However, the beds were comfortable! The hot springs and pools were very nice and only on the verge of over crowded on a Tuesday. The pool-side bar and snack bar was a plus. Conveniently located in town this was a great place to stay. This was the BEST breakfast we’ve had at a hotel/ resort as it had a very wide selection and was delicious. We’re hoping they continue to work on the rooms and we look forward to going back.

Stayed there with my husband in July. I was excited to see all the upgrades they had made. Unfortunately we were in a the VERY rundown part they took over. They called it river view room…. Seriously it was a parking lot view. The room was run down and definitely in need of an upgrade. It wasn’t like a last minute room. I had booked the room a few months before and got no discount for this run down stinky room G14. If you go in and they tell you your room is a G room WALK OUT!! I have stayed here many times but I will NOT be returning!
