I don’t know about golfing, but as a wedding venue it’s a good place. The food is alright, and the staff is overall helpful, except for a couple of them. There were two coordinators, and somehow they disappeared without saying a word to the bride or the groom, which is rather unprofessional. Other that though they made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves. By the way, their WiFi is really good, unlike other golf club wedding venues that I have been. I have been to many, and this one was a pleasant surprise.

Played here as part of Golf Moose’s Member for a day event. The facilities are very nice, and the fairways were in good condition. The bunkers were not in prime condition, and the greens were fairly average. The course is nice enough, but there really isn’t anything special about it. There weren’t really any holes that stood out.

This is a beautiful place, both outside and in. We utilize the conference rooms for sports banquets every year and it's always a great time. The food is incredible. Staff is friendly and professional. The space is accommodating for a very large group without feeling cramped. I wish I knew how to play golf, I'd be here a lot more because I see everyone sitting at the 19th hole laughing and having a great time.

At first the service was unparalleled. However, the closer to the big day, the customer service/response noticeably declined. Fast forward to the wedding day. In case you book here,one thing, big thing, you need to be made aware of is the “event coordinator“ leaves before your reception is underway. I had absolutely no idea. She’s there through the ceremony, but after that, MIA. One of my guests, who happens to own two restaurants, had to literally go in the kitchen and ask the staff to clear the dirty dishes off the tables after dinner was long finished. Also, myself, the bride, had to ask the staff repeatedly (during the reception) for the cake to be served long after my husband and I did the initial cutting. It took about 20 to 30 minutes for them to finally bring it out, and when they did, they did not bring the top tier, which, when I inquired about (as it was a different flavor), I was they were saving it for us, which we did not ask for. A couple days later when I contacted the event coordinator, she said she didn’t know anything about this and would get in touch with the banquet manager, who was out for a few days. Long story short, we never got it and I was told it wasn’t anywhere on site. When I pointed out I never asked for that to be set aside and that the cake cost hundreds of dollars, she said she would get back to me about a potential refund. Still waiting…

This review is for my Wedding. We chose this venue for our ceremony and reception namely because it was more affordable than the rest, and they said YES to just about everything I requested, which is a big deal for a bride. They are dog friendly, so my fur-baby could carry the rings, and hang out near the reception. They converted part of the bridal suite to a kids room, which was great for the parents. Anna is a sweetheart and a dream to work with. They imported Australian beer for my ozzie groom and his family. Our biggest complaint was with the food. They went above and beyond in creating a special menu to include lamb, at my husbands request. The tasting was fantastic, I mean incredibly delicious. Unfortunately when it came to preparing the same dishes for the wedding (about 67 people), the food was subpar. I'd hate to think what it would be like with a larger wedding of 100+ people. The lamb was undercooked for most people, including my husband, and the salmon was mostly overcooked. When my husband sent his lamb back to be cooked more, they didn't give him fresh sides so the rest of the food on the plate came back ice cold. Since he was the reason we requested lamb in the first place, he was extremely disappointed in his food. You'd think that for the groom, they'd take a little extra care to insure that at least his food was good. Since the food is one of the things that people remember about weddings, it is sad that the only thing people liked was the soup. The staff also broke one of our custom champagne glasses that my mother bought us while cleaning up and a few things belonging to my bridesmaids that were left at the venue overnight were not at there the next day. That being said, the wedding went off without a hitch, the bartenders were awesome (as I heard from several guests later), and the only other problems we had were with some of my vendors and not associated with the venue itself. If I could do it over, I would still choose Anna and Shadowridge, just maybe pick the simplest food possible!
