Bungalows were lovely and spacious, grounds and views were just as great. Staff were super friendly. We were a little underwhelmed with the overall experience however. We ordered dinner to our bungalow on our first night and although the food tasted great, it wasn’t hot and the pasta stuck together. Absolutely loved the wine though. The second day, we woke up early to use the sauna however it wasn’t open yet so grabbed a tea at the restaurant. Once it opened, around 7am, we went in to use the facilities. Unfortunately the women’s sauna wasn’t hot and I could feel a draft of air, after around 15 mins of waiting for it to heat up, I gave up and used the steam room instead. I let the staff member know who apologised and contacted the relevant person immediately. Given that breakfast wasn’t included, we didn’t feel the tea selection was good and there were no snacks as part of the mini bar. They ran out of English breakfast tea which was disappointing as we are big tea drinkers. Overall, we felt it was an overpriced stay. I have responded to an email from Cordevalle requesting feedback on our stay but have not heard back after a week.

We had a wonderful stay at CordeValle last weekend. The property was beautiful, welcoming, and spotless. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our toddler. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk to the team driving us around in golf carts, was so kind, polite, and accommodating. My husband loved the golf, and it was such a pleasant surprise how family-friendly the entire resort felt. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at CordeValle! From the moment we arrived, every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Javan, the bellman, went above and beyond helping with our bags and making sure we were settled in comfortably. Brian, who has been with the resort for years, is always such a pleasure to see and continues to provide top-notch service. The resort itself is beautiful and very family-friendly. We were so impressed that a pack-and-play and baby monitor were already set up in our room upon arrival — such thoughtful touches that made traveling with a little one so much easier. The atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant, and you can tell the staff truly care about making each guest’s experience memorable. Between the excellent service, gorgeous property, and family accommodations, CordeValle exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!

This review is for golf only. Very nice golf course in the Santa Cruz mountains. Immaculate conditions on fairways and greens. Bunkers with fluffy white sands. It is long, challenging and yet satisfying. You have to play it strategically, think target golf. The surrounding is so pleasant, full of zen all over the course. You can’t get upset even if you are not playing as good as you want. A plus on the Bathroom facilities. A plus on the Grab and Go snack bars. I don’t think I have ever seen anything like this on a golf course. Beautiful clubhouse and facilities. Nice pro shop and OSP staffs.

What an amazing facility! The people made it just as memorable as the facility and the location though. Every interaction with the staff members could not have been better. Highly recommend for business meetings and parties, any event really.
