Beautiful property and very nice rooms. Interaction with staff was pleasant. Everyone was very polite. We were not impressed with the food offerings and prices at the restaurants on site, so we ended up going into town for both dinner (a wonderful Greek restaurant) and breakfast (at a great mom and pop diner). Highly recommend for a stay that is pleasantly affordable near Palm Springs. Consider not eating on site....

The entrance is beautiful, I heard the golf course is wonderful (I don't play). We had a lukewarm reception when we got there. My wife is a Bonvoy gold member (or something like that) and she was sort of dismissed when she asked for an upgrade. It was new year's even though. Disclaimer: it rained a lot that day. My main issue with this place: you will likely get a room that is very far from the reception area, where all the amenities are. If you want anything other than room service, you will need to walk quite a bit or drive and find a place to park around the main building. The room was well appointed but didn't wow me. Mattress and linens are high quality as you would expect from a Westin resort. Not a common issue in Palm Springs, but because of the rain, several parts of the main building had poor drainage and water started to accumulate in many areas, making it hard to walk around without getting in the rain. Overall, a pretty nice hotel, but if I ever go back I would ask for a room that is very close to the building where all the amenities are.

An overall amazing experience! The Westin Rancho Mirage is a beautiful hotel with a staff that defines true hospitality. Everyone encountered was so polite and helpful. Loved the updated restaurants/ menu on-site. Highly recommend playing a round of gold, world-class club and staff! Thank you to the team for being so kind and accommodating! Looking forward to returning

The location is highly advantageous, offering close proximity to the airport amidst a backdrop of extensive, well-maintained greenery. Accommodations are generous in size, featuring high-quality furnishings. The sheer scale of the resort is notable; navigating from the reception area to the guest rooms can require a substantial walk. However, the breadth of amenities compensates well, with options ranging from aquatic activities at the pools to relaxation at the spa, or recreation on the golf course. It is easy to fill your time here. During my three-day business trip, the experience was entirely positive, even highlighted by the unexpected rarity of rainfall in the regio

Went to a regional bridge tournament... the tournament was great... same as every other regional. The venue... different story. First, the hotel staff had only a mild awareness of the event, with signage obviously kept as discrete as possible, as if they were embarrassed. Second, they apparently couldn't find actually capable staff to man the lunch/ food counters, so they went with inept amateurs who apparently were unfamiliar with the concept of cash register among other things. The lines were ridiculous. They ran out of everything, couldn't keep the hot food warm, and charged premium prices for absolute crap. The hotel apparently can't afford trash cans... they put out little office/ toilet sized trash cans in a seating area for around 100... so there was trash stacked high. The head folks at westin should be ashamed of themselves, unless they're actually going for a roach motel vibe. Westin has been a go to brand for me over the years. Not any more.
