⛳️🏌‍♂️ nice par 3 course my son and I recently played this course 2 weeks ago. We had such a good time we had to come back this week. They got us out on the course no tee time needed both times we went at 3:00 Twilight hours. The rates are fair for this course with being in Escondido local it's a nice course to have 2 mi away from home. teeboxes and fairways are well kept for the greens there are some patches that need help overall in good condition. The staff in the clubhouse are friendly and helpful also the hot dogs are amazing according to my son. Overall a good course for any beginners, kids or intermediate players. Definitely will be returning to play here again.

Show up at 8:00 to play. Not a person in sight. No one. Counter person tells us that there are no tee times till after 11:00. So we go online and book an 8:40(which isn't there according to the counterperson). They say we have to wait for our cart because they are busy.) No biggie.. In 25 mIn. ONE 2 some tees off. After paying full rack rate, and waiting, we tee off. Greens are punched, sanded, and haven't been mowed in a week. At no point were we notified. No signs were posted. Nothing. Probably shouldn't dwell on the condition much. I mean let's not kid anyone, this is Reidy Creek, it's never been a diamond in the rough, more like a lump of of coal. But at least there was grass on parts of the course this time. The traps had more grass than sand. So at least something was growing.

Not great, not the worst either...originally managed by city of Escondido course is now under different management. I stopped attending when they stopped including coupons into my water bill. Sometime inbetween this course was neglected and still shows. Hit it off the fairway and youll find youself in deep over run grass, gopher holes and patchy greens. Its great for a golf in a pinch and want to practice your irons/wedges. The front 9 are longer than the back and are tighter. The back 9 you will be dealing with different elevations. Price wise this course is just below the county's best executive/par 3 Oaks North. With that said, Reidy is expensive comparative to Oaks North 27 holes. The other JC course is a short distance away and much less. Crews are often seen on the course and hoping this course will be much better by 2027. I will gladly update this to 4 stars once I see differences in 2026..As of now, this decent course needs work and may offset its price.

This is the first time I have been to this course and the layout is fun. This will probably be the last time I go to this course because the management rips off their customers. I went on 4/18 and the greens had just been aerified. There was nothing on the site telling me this when I booked the tee time. The worst part about this experience is that they charged us FULL PRICE to play. I have never been to a course that charges full price to play greens like the picture attached. Had I known it was like this I could have booked somewhere else. Had they offered some sort of discount, I could have decided if it was worth it. Riedy Creek did neither of these. I messaged the golf course before writing this review, hoping they would remedy this injustice. They did not respond, showing that they truly don't care about their customers. It's too bad, the course is a fun layout and good for begginers, like my wife.

Other than the basically concrete bunkers, this is a pretty nice course. Greens and tee areas are in pretty good shape, and it’s a moderately challenging executive course from the back tees. Greens have moderate speed with moderate complexity making for a challenging round for most skill levels. For $22 at twilight I recommend it; go and try it out! Just do yourself a favor and stay out of the bunkers.
