We were at this place just to have lunch. Saw on the Google with good reviews also a great outdoor dining view. Ordered and pay first at the register then sit wherever you want to sit they brought food to your table. The experience to eat at this place was good, but I wasn’t expecting I felt we had lunch at the cafeteria vibe. Everything they served our food on the paper plates and cups.. only the utensils was not disposable. I ordered soup of the day (split pea w/ham) and chef salad (for me was a huge portions) My husband ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and he said was really good burger.

I come here for breakfast and found out this place was one of those awesome place to enjoy breakfast or lunch. I’m impressed with its unique layout. Definitely will be back for dinner menus soon.

Was really excited to play this course as it had good reviews and was only half the distance to the courses in Palm Springs (from Joshua Tree), but in hindsight I think the extra 60 min might’ve been worth it. Pro shop staff was great and this course has potential, but maintenance and it only being 12 holes it fell short for the value paid. Especially not being able to play just 12. You pay for 18 and there’s no other option. I understand they were aerating the greens recently but one green was in absolute disarray. Rental clubs were only $10 which was nice but they were in rough shape. Could see myself coming back with some friends but only in a pinch.

We love that this place is open in October when all the golf courses around us are closed. The greens were a little bit bumpy but they were green and the fairways were pretty green. There was a lot of people out there but we still got through in a decent time. You pay 12 holes and then six of the holes over again so you get your 18 holes in. We had a great time. The weather was cooler than down in the the lower desert and check and see how the weather will be. If there's high wind warnings you probably won't have as much fun.

I played Hawk's Landing in October, 2024 last year, and wanted to share reviews/suggestions especially for those who may be going down as Palm Springs Region gets cooler Good - They have a good sized driving range available as a practice facility - The food & concessions were solid, and the course layout wasn't terrible as it's a 12 hole course, and you play holes 1 to 6 again as part of the "back 9" - The fairways, bunkers & roughs were well kept Bad/Meh - The green fee in the afternoon/twilight when we went was $65 USD, and this course is just not worth that kind of price at all as it's more of a longer executive course than a full course - I suspect it was in the afternoon, but all of the greens were SUPER spongy/wet so any step onto the green left creases/foot prints including from groups before, so putting was just a comedy of errors...I played on better green conditions in torrential pouring rain Overall, it was a good warm up course to help acclimate to the season, but would definitely not play again as just not worth the costs unless you are "bargain" hunting as it still remains one of the cheaper courses in Palm Springs
