Convenient to reach out from San Fernando Valley. Nice view, calm and well harmonized landscaping. Golf range is not too big like Balboa, Van Nuys. Sun roofs weren’t there, so need sun cream and a cap. Medium range ball $9. Overall is good.

Always an excellent time at Simi Hills. The prices are great, the course is beautiful and well maintained, and the customer service is on point in all areas. Even if you don’t golf, the patio at grill on the green is a great place to kick back, relax, and have a drink. Shout out to Tim at the golf shop, he’s always super accommodating!

This review is for the staff, shop, driving range and putting area. I have not tried the course yet but it looks fun! I went on a Thursday in the middle of the day. The girl who helped at the front desk was nice and they had a nice selection of clothing. There were also used clubs for sale. The driving range: It isn't that large and it filled up while I was there. I could see it being difficult or near impossible to get a spot during the weekend. They offer ice cold water at the range, which was a nice surprise. It was a very hot day when I went and there was no shade. It would be nice if they could budget for that. I don't think I will go back just to practice at the range because of the lack of shade. The putting area: It has shade but it was busy and I didn't get a chance to try it out. I didn't see a spot to practice chipping but maybe I just missed it. There's a hut near the range with someone fitting clubs. There was also a cafe that looked pretty busy, so it must be good but I haven't tried it yet (: Overall, seems like a nice place to play but maybe try a different spot to practice.

I have been playing here my whole life and I have always loved it. Sadly in the last few months it has all gone down the drain. Raised the rates plus you now pay a hidden 10 dollar fee whether or not you book online or walk in. Course shape is pretty rough and definitely not justifying the hidden fees. Good luck if you try to book a tee time online and something doesn’t go to plan. I hope they can realize the inconvenience and have more honest fees online soon. Till then I’m not impressed.

Love the track at Simi, always a challenge from any tee box, Greens play true and pin placements always on point. Now, yes its my fault for making it in the sand trap in the first place, but damn I wish it was sand and not clumpy chunks. Ill work on hitting the greens.
