This is a great golf course, reasonable price, and excellent service. Three friends and I had a great time here (carts included in the tee time!) for less than a hundred each. Rare in SD for sure. Our cart girl was busy during our front 9 with a tournament, but she caught us before the turn, and again before 17 and she was excellent. The same one you see on tiktok too! Overall, great place for 18, sand traps could use some love, but sand traps were quite literally built to be avoided. Looking forward to my next time golfing here.

this review is of the golf course, not the hotel. Course is a little rough... But priced accordingly. Reminds me a lot of mission trails. Like most budget courses these days, sand traps aren't sand. Some scenic views. Driving range is worn mats hitting to dirt. It's overall decent for the price, needs a little TLC... Clubhouse/Bar was lively and fun.

This course was in terrible condition and the driving range is just a dirt lot. The playing conditions were brutal, greens were in bad shape and there was not much grass to hit off of. The only reason I played it was a friend booked the tee time because he saw a video from an employee stating that the course was in great shape. (I guess we have different opinions on great shape). If you are traveling to San Diego and want to play golf, don’t waste your time/money here.

I’m rating the golf course specifically - it was a true challenge to play which alone would’ve been 5* but the condition of the course is abysmal. For $85 I’d expect 1 type of grass on the greens not 4 though it added a unique challenge to putting with different speeds, lol. Also don’t get the cart - you’re better off walking with the amount of gopher holes. Also saw cars driving on the 18th cart path (I know it’s ground crew but come one… and someone pumping what I assume was carbon monoxide into the ground in what I assume to be an attempt to address the gopher issue. I hear they’re renovating the course; I’m excited to see how they improve the course conditions. Looking forward to going back. The layout really is a fun challenge.

The course is absolutely declined in the last number of years. You are playing off dirt for the most part. The staff deserves 5 stars. The course, is a travisty.
