The property was sold and the quality of this golf course is rapidly slipping. According to the clubhouse, the new owners only have landscapers twice per week. The majority of the greens are not being watered and grass is dead. Also raised fees to $20. Should reduce to $5 considering the quality of the course. Not going back. Too bad, used to be a good course for $15.00.

This is my favorite 9-hole course, nestled away behind a housing complex with views of the south coast mountains. All par 3s but with a decent variety of length and shape. The grass and sand are generally well kept but can vary dramatically with weather and drought conditions. Cheap tee fees and rarely a need for reservations. Tiny club house with a small free parking lot.

Good value for it's price. Easy lunch hour course. Sure the greens are bumpy, inconsistent speeds, and outright wonky sometimes. But there's green grass everywhere, never too busy, and best course to tune your short game.

What happened to this course? It used to be great, but conditions now are terrible. Most of the greens are completely dead and very bumpy, its impossible to putt...kinda the point of a chip and putt course! Rates went from $14 to $20 which isn't a huge deal but its unfortunately it doesn't seem like the money is being reinvested at all.

I only really play golf when my brother-in-law is in town as one of many trash talking events. This is the perfect venue because I only had to “invest” in 3 clubs that I picked up from Play It Again Sports, it’s a blast to play, and doesn’t take up a ton of time. I’ve been playing here for years and haven’t had a negative experience - except that ONE time he beat me (cheater).
