Bungalows were lovely and spacious, grounds and views were just as great. Staff were super friendly. We were a little underwhelmed with the overall experience however. We ordered dinner to our bungalow on our first night and although the food tasted great, it wasn’t hot and the pasta stuck together. Absolutely loved the wine though. The second day, we woke up early to use the sauna however it wasn’t open yet so grabbed a tea at the restaurant. Once it opened, around 7am, we went in to use the facilities. Unfortunately the women’s sauna wasn’t hot and I could feel a draft of air, after around 15 mins of waiting for it to heat up, I gave up and used the steam room instead. I let the staff member know who apologised and contacted the relevant person immediately. Given that breakfast wasn’t included, we didn’t feel the tea selection was good and there were no snacks as part of the mini bar. They ran out of English breakfast tea which was disappointing as we are big tea drinkers. Overall, we felt it was an overpriced stay. I have responded to an email from Cordevalle requesting feedback on our stay but have not heard back after a week.

The best hotel room I have ever stayed in! I travel every other week too. The staff is professional, helpful, and go above and beyond. The little things matter, like the welcome sparkling wine and the honey on departure. The food and cocktails were fantastic. We are already planning our next trip so we can check out the SPA which is suppose to be incredible.

Just spend 3 incredible days in Cordevalle and we’re so happy to have found it. Service is great from start to finish. Location is close to home but far enough to feel like somewhere else. The rooms are so beautifully appointed, private, quiet, and so well stocked! The welcome wine, fruit, and truffles was such a nice touch. The spa was spacious, so clean, and also well stocked. The outdoor heated pool without the sting of jumping into cold water ha! loved it! The hiking trail around the property was so beautiful and definitely for avid hikers, not a stroll. Definitely on our list of places to go back to😻

Absolutely the best hospitality we’ve ever had. Every person we came into contact with was over the top kind, helpful, genuine, and just down to earth. The grounds are truly beautiful. Our group enjoyed the spa and had so much fun playing pickle ball while our guys were golfing. The views and food were also to die for. One of my favorite places yet.

We have now stayed at Cordevalle twice and both experiences were truly exceptional! The rooms are gorgeous, the food is delicious and the service is top-notch. Don’t hesitate in booking this hotel!
