I recently had my first golf lesson and was lucky enough to have Charlotte Mayorkas as my coach. Best money I’ve ever spent! That 1 hour lesson did more for my golf game than the countless hours I’ve spent at the driving range, practicing at home, and watching videos online. If you’re serious about improving your game, book some time with Char, you won’t regret it! She was able to convey concepts I’d heard but never understood in a way that really resonated with me. She challenged me and allowed me to get out of my analytical brain and into my athletic brain. My only regret is not booking a lesson sooner. Overall Haggin is an all around amazing spot. Sac is lucky to have it. I’ve been fitted at their pro shop, gotten great deals on gear and polos, and really enjoyed the two courses and range over the years. Can’t go wrong with Haggin and the great golf community there!

I've loved coming to Haggin Oaks for the quality lessons, clean and well cared for courses, and huge driving range for the past 3 years! I enjoyed all the instructors I've had here. My grandmother and I like to spend the evening hitting balls and then enjoying dinner at the MacKenzie Grill! I absolutely recommend coming here for all your golfing needs!

The McKenzie course was very nice and well maintained. Nice and wide open so you can definitely let it go. Just an all-around good place to go even just for practice at their driving range Especially with them having top tracer.. If you get hungry you can hit the bar area or the food truck outside.

When thinking of the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex, the golf course at Alister MacKenzie design or the driving range comes to mind. This is what I found: 1. Alister MeKenzie 18 holes- easy to play, well maintained course, from the designer of Cypress Point on Monterey peninsula. It has a second course Arcade that is very beginner friendly. Costs as low as $25 to walk. Both courses can be walked. 2. The driving range has 100 stalls, is open at night, and has top flight ball traker systems for every stall. For each club, you can see how far your ball went, as well as distance straight, right, or left. 3. Golf Super Store - sale items for apparel, clubs, etc. usually at sale prices. 4. Event center - which brought me there for an event for Charles Schwab to see speaker LizAnn Sonders (Chief Financial Analyst). 5. Probably catered by MacKenzie's an excellent on-site restaurant. The food was good! I enjoyed breakfast and lunch on previous occasions. *This visit reminded me of all the available experiences at this unique local venue.

Haggin Oaks is a great course and plays smoothly. I tried FootGolf for the first time, and it was an absolute blast! The staff is efficient, friendly, and passionate about the sport and fun in general. Kylie was wonderful in getting us set up to enjoy the day, and the gentlemen in the cart bay were fantastic.
