Good place for beginners and practicing your short game. Mostly short par 3 but they do have a couple of longer holes. They have a driving range and putting green. Putting green is in pretty good shape. The course recently changed ownership and the new mgmt company and city are making improvements.

Super backed up but staff being courteous and doing what they can to get people golfing. Like most courses in California, water would make it much nicer.

Terrible terrible service had reserved a golf cart at 10:25 in the morning waited till 12:40. They let all these other people get golf carts never brought my golf cart out to me. Only played nine holes just to get out of this place terrible service

Older blonde lady at front desk was rude to multiple customers while having complaints even though they were courteous and polite to her. Bad management of pace of play and groups on course. Round took over 5 hours, due to multiple single and double groups allowed to play by themselves which is unacceptable on such a small course. Course is in ok shape, hopefully new management can improve the current flow and professionalism here.

Don’t park on any of the city streets anywhere near here. The golfers hit their ball and if it hits your car your SOL. I had a golfer Joe Piombo hit his ball into my car and I had to pay to get it fixed. He never paid my insurance and I never got reimbursed. I wouldn’t go anywhere near this place ever again. The facility said it wasn’t their problem and wouldn’t do anything about it. Update: I was parked in front of 1230 Ruess Rd at a garage sale. Yes I found the guy even though I only got his phone number. He doesn’t own his own home and my insurance company couldn’t get anything from him. But what was so bad is that your golf course told me they wouldn’t do anything and to leave. Really poor customer service for a small town business. So beware if you park anywhere near the Jack Tone Golf course do so at your own risk, we even went to the police station. They took information but they couldn’t do anything. So now I’m out money and of course no one is responsible. I tell everyone to stay far away from that area, unless they want to pay to have their car fixed.
