Good resort with nice amenities. Lots to do around the area and family friendly. Rooms are somewhat updated but are aging for sure. Only downside of being pet friendly is we are pretty sure there were fleas on the couch and got bit a few times.

Nice resort - we didn't partake in a lot of the amenities, so I may have scored higher had we done so. We stayed in a 3 bed/2 bath condo, which was very nice. Good location for running up and down the valley for winery tours and tastings. Golf course looked great.

This is my second time attending an event at Silverado Resort. Wow, this place is nice. All the staff were so friendly. The food was great. Previously, one of our friends got a room and we all loved hanging out there. They also have weddings here. Great job everyone at Silverado Resort.

It’s our second time staying there, they definitely have updated a lot of stuff since our first visit. We came for wine country and golf and loved both of it. Restaurants in the area are great, walk ability on the property is good but it’s very spread out so there are shuttles available all the time. The rooms that we stayed in were upgraded and the grill was updated. Love the food love the service. The issue I had was checking in, the front. Staff was very rude once they found out the room they were giving us was incorrect, they were not willing to work with us until we talked to a supervisor who was so passive aggressive. All we asked was to put us in the rooms we asked for. If there was a Communication error, which we could have gone back and forth all day on that. We had no issue paying extra if we needed to get the room we thought we had booked. They upgraded our rooms and with a VERY rude , snarky attitude told us to have a nice 4th of July, I was in tears by the time I got to our room

Silverado Resort exceeded expectations in most areas of hospitality with only a few minor exceptions. Our large group started our stay with a late lunch reservation at the Grill….we were sat in a private room which was nice. However, at the conclusion of the meal we were informed the bill could be split between a maximum of 4 cards….we talked our way into having it split amongst 7 cards. Secondly, at the level of service expected at a resort of this level, the servers should know where each food order it to be placed at the table in lieu of calling out the dish and awaiting direction from the guests. Also, upon arrival and prior to rooms being ready (no concern here it was well before check-in time) but there should be direct coordination between the bellhops and the front desk for bags to be seamlessly delivered to the corresponding room without direct guest direction. Highlights of the stay are many! The bellhops and team at the front desk are ALL way above expectations in their friendliness and willingness to help!!! The team taking care of our room each day also did a fantastic job! The grounds are impeccable and very well maintained. The Market is a GREAT place to gather by the patio fire (gas) while enjoying coffee and yummy breakfast bites! We will be back….the overall experience was wonderful and a great place to gather with close friends! 😊 THANK YOU!
