Great 9 hole course. It's laid back, it's fun, not too serious, and you'll enjoy walking around with your friends while playing. It can get pretty hilly so make sure to use a hand cart.

Love this course, but they just recently changed the layout of the course, you'll need to range find yourself the yardage. And Mill Valley reminds me the Deep Cliff course at South Bay, quiet and elegant 😄 Like Hole 7 (the old Hole 4) the most, a big down and left to right slope in front of tee box, and then followed by the uphill green 💚 Hole 9 is another beauty, 2 lines of trees lined up narrowly (less than 30 yards in between) in front of tee box, you have the drive accurately to get through it .

We have visited the Mill Valley Golf Course a couple of times now. What a treat to be had there for sure. It is a walking course with beautiful scenery. Some holes are lined with redwoods which are majestic. There are some Par 4 holes that are not that long such as hole 1. I was able to drive the green from the tee box to my dismay. On the green with one stroke is not my norm for sure. Some tee boxes are on artificial turf which would be my only drawback. This is a gem of a 9 hole course which you can walk easily. We will be back for sure. The staff is welcoming.

Brought a bunch of 12 seasoned golfers from all over the bay to try this course for the first time. Every single group got lost-a waste of time! one skipped 3 holes they couldn’t find! apparently management “hates putting up signs” - plus the map did not help either as it didn’t quite match the routing. A concerned local kept driving up to us to point us in the right direction. Also I was disturbed that one fairway had players playing another hole which was so close to the fairway, again without a warning sign of this potentially injurious situation., this course felt unsafe and was disorganized. not sure if all this is to discourage non-locals from visiting but it certainly discourages me from ever coming out again. a pity because it’s a pretty course but disorganized and potentially UNSAFE. don’t waste your time on this course. Staff was very nice and very concerned that our folks were getting lost - this was a saving grace.

Beautiful course! It feels like you’re in the middle of a forest! Hole 3 is a bit confusing as your tea box is over 2 putting greens. Seems a bit dangerous in a couple spots to where you could walk right where someone is driving the ball, however this is an amazing must try course! Very nice employee s and dog friendly!
