Booked tee time online days in advance. Requested carts. Showed up, no range balls, bought a bucket went to machine then told us they were out. Then instead of offering refund, asked us to wait and watch the tractor and see if/when he’s done collecting range balls. Time for tee time, said no carts, no push carts, asked if we could cancel and said they would charge us a no-show fee of $20 per person if we did

I’ve been golfing here for years and was apart of the junior program when I was little. I love playing this course with family and friends and have spent thousands to contribute to revenue. I am writing a 2 star review today because they took out the porta-potty bathroom on hole 13-14. I get that it is not the most cleanly but it is at least an option having only one bathroom on the course(other than the clubhouse) just isn’t enough.

The 405 of golf courses around here. Major pace issues. Long rounds, excessive for a par 3, pushing 5 hours on the weekend. Most I’ve seen hit a second ball if they don’t make the green. Conditions: Faster as the day goes on, greens are kept up well by the grounds crew, despite many abandoned divot’s. New tee boxes are almost ready for use, I hope can keep up with the traffic. Facilities: Driving range and related equipment have mechanical issues and the range is closed frequently. As expected, longer waits in the evenings. No restroom on the back 9, which is a pain if you skipped/missed it on the turn. But, usually it’s so backed up that you’ll have time to walk back to the ones near the pro shop. Hours of operation: Sometimes the gate opens at 530am sometimes it’s 6am, think of it as a surprise. Expect a crowd. Wear a helmet. If you plan to use the driving range, the machine closes at 9, good luck getting a box before 10

We often visit this place, but today’s experience was extra appalling. I arrived around 8:10 to use the range, only to find the machine completely out of balls. The driver inexplicably circled the same area for an agonizing 30 minutes. A crowd quickly gathered at the ball machine, growing increasingly frustrated. It’s painfully clear that the staff here have no interest in providing service efficiently.(not the first time)They drag their feet and never replenish the balls. I sincerely hope the ball collector on 2/19 at around 8pm is held accountable for this incompetence. This is unacceptable, and I will be voicing my complaints much more frequently until something changes.

The driving range always ran out of golf balls. Even after calling on the phone to find out if the driving range is open you come and will find out it’s closed. Come on!!! Members did not pay the monthly fee for a crappy service. Seriously!!! Hello, Management?! 👋 Can you please start doing your job?
