I've been here for 5yrs. Really love it the manager Albert is a great person. Makes time for his residents.

Very clean, beautiful mobile home park. All homes are well kept and the grounds are immaculate.

The view was amazing and even though I was working the whole time I was there I was still able to breathe some of the fresh air....👌😉

Management has been unorganized and unprofessional since I moved in. I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but I am frustrated with the constant changes made without any notice. The water has already been shut off twice until night—while we received a notice the first time, there was no notification the second time. Additionally, management promised to expand the parking area years back, yet construction has not even begun.

Alot of animals here, although there are less now. Every so often a really sweet and sociable orange cat pops up, letting itself be pet and cuddling up to us. Great neighbors, there was a small fire at one of the houses and I saw someone banging on the door to alert the tenant. He then used a shovel to snuff the flame out, and someone used a fire extinguisher to make sure it doesn't start up again.
