I live here and love it! Alway's something to do. People are very helpful and friendly. Ideal place for a golfer to retire and spend the remaining years of your life golfing!

My Grandparents have lived here for decades and it has so many great memories. Swimming in the pool with Grammy, learning to golf with Grampa, playing hide n seek in the bushes, driving around in the golf cart...so many. My Grammy lives here on her own now as my Grandpa passed in Feb. But this community rallied after the fires and has been so kind to my Grammy. Great place to live for Seniors!

A piece of my heart will always be in Rancho Monserate. I don't like the term mobile home because it sounds like it's a trailer and these are manufactured homes that you can barely tell the difference between a house and one of these and the interior are really nice and the exterior looks very great. An awesome place to live. Gorgeous golf course and surrounding area is just nature packed and so beautiful. Lot's of options like swimming in the pool, going into the jacuzzi overlooking the golf course, playing golf, tennis or pool. Plenty of nice people to mingle with and make new friends. It's like being on vacation all year round. 💓🌿💓🌿
