Cool little golf course tucked away in a residential neighborhood. Small course without a cart path, not that you need one, because it is certainly an easy course to walk. While small, each hole was a lot of fun, I will definitely be returning. 😊

Today I golfed at a well-kept par 3 course called Zaca Creek. This is clearly not why I am using 1 star to rate this course. Instead I am using 1 star to rate the experience. This was the second time I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with the woman who works the pro shop. Today when me and my group finished the woman (who would not tell me her first name) and referred to herself as a “scary lunch lady” was extremely rude, condescending, and passive aggressive while telling us that we held up the whole course. Mind you, we were playing with first time golfers and offered groups behind us to play through. When I told her this, she called me a liar and laughed in my face. Super unfortunate due to the fact that this course is a fun round. After viewing multiple other negative reviews about this woman I realized this confrontation is likely a consistent occurrence. I advise ownership to review her behavior so that guests have a better experience and can come to play the sport they love. Do better.

I stopped. Here for a quick round of Golf instead of sitting in Santa Barbara, traffic on my way to LA. The course is not difficult and it was much better use of my time. Always nice.The staff was friendly.Pricing was good and I got to enjoy a beautiful day. Great. Little hidden treasure that you may not know is here in Buellton as you head South on the 101

Great lil public, casual, 9 hole course. $22 to walk. Mostly par 3 holes.

Mike and Bob at Zaca Creek Golf Course in Buellton are absolutely awesome! Their hospitality is top-notch — they make everyone feel right at home the second you walk in. If you’re looking for a chill, friendly spot to hit the driving range, shoot some pool, or play a few games of darts, this is the place to be. The atmosphere is fun, relaxed, and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for everyone. We had such a good time that we’re already planning to come back. Between the great people, the easygoing vibe, and the beautiful setting, Zaca Creek Golf Course is hands-down one of the best hidden gems in Buellton!
