Decent 18-hole course. I've only been playing 2 years and it was pretty challenging. You'll use all your clubs, and bring lots of balls. Be advised they don't sell any canned drinks only fountain drinks at the clubhouse. We played a twilight round so it was not very crowded relatively affordable. Unfortunately though we were behind a junior tournament (all walking) so the pace was slow. I can see this course being very popular since it is centrally located. The driving range is across the street and you can't take your cart with you.

I've played here twice now and I love every second of it. If tiger can like it you can as well. Glad I found this course

Love this Track. Currently the course is not in good condition. Might be due to the heat but it's over saturated, greens are bad due to nobody fixing there ball marks, Tee Boxes are low on grass and parking is hell to find. We are hoping this Track gets back to how it used to be.

Great local course played many times can play slower just because of crowds in California especially on back nine. But always fun and a good challenge on an old course with beautiful huge trees

I arrived at the driving range around 5:30 PM yesterday afternoon, but the ball dispenser was already closed, and a worker had gone out to pick up golf balls. Exactly 45 minutes later, the dispenser reopened. However, by that time, a number of people had arrived to practice, and they were forced to wait an additional 30 to 40 minutes for their turn. Unfortunately, this wasn't the end of the issue. At 7:20 PM, the dispenser was closed again, so I approached a staff member and asked what was going on. At that time, there were two workers present and three people still waiting for golf balls. Here is a summary of our conversation: Me: "Why did you close the ball dispenser early?" Staff: "We're all out of balls." Me: "There are over a thousand balls still on the field. Why don’t you go out and pick them up?" Staff: "The manager told me not to." Me: "Why not?" Staff: "Because people are taking the range balls home, so we can’t pick up anymore." Me: "That’s nonsense. Do you have any proof?" Staff: "I’ve seen it happen many times." Me: "Then show me when and who did it. You shouldn’t accuse people without evidence." I was shocked by the claim that the manager instructed staff not to pick up balls because some people were allegedly stealing them. Even more disturbing, ten minutes later, the same worker went out to pick up balls—yet the dispenser remained closed. This isn’t the first time the dispenser has closed early. If there were a legitimate reason and clear communication, no one would complain. But instead, customers are left waiting or turned away without explanation. This kind of thing has been happening repeatedly, and there’s never any clear communication. They post signs like “One basket per person,” but the real issue is that the dispenser is often closed or empty, and nobody seems to be doing their job . Most of the afternoon patrons at Dad Miller Driving Range are Asian, particularly older adults. Many of us have experienced repeated unfair treatment and stayed silent, but I can’t help but wonder if this ongoing neglect reflects discrimination against Asian seniors. Please understand: these concerns are not mine alone. They reflect the shared frustrations of many in the community—people who care deeply about Dad Miller Golf Course and want to see it thrive with fairness, transparency, and respect for all.
