I’ve lived here for almost 4 years. They charge out the ass while not bothering to fix anything up ever. While maintenance is very nice, half the time the issue just gets barely fixed and breaks again. They’re very greedy and don’t want to spend money to make sure their properties stay actually nice and not just nice superficially. My water heater broke and so my water bill and electric bills were insanely high and it’s been like pulling teeth to get them to reimburse me for THEIR FAULTY APPLIANCES. When they finally cut me a check it was an absolutely laughable amount. Giving them two stars ONLY because maintenance are nice. Office ladies are scattered and don’t really seem like they know what’s going on half the time. There’s constant issues with mold (which they won’t actually take care of, they just have their guys come out and paint over it-wish I was kidding), pests (which if it’s outside of time for them to have Rid-A-Pest do their quarterly sprays, they’ll tell you to figure it out yourself- like sorry your building has a brown recluse problem- that’s not really on me???), and dog poop EVERYWHERE. The high price of the apartment would maybe be made a little less egregious based on the amenities, the gym being one, but 90% of the gym equipment doesn’t work and they’re too cheap to fix it. I could go on and on. I like the area, but this company is terrible. Do not recommend living here. Insane that I pay almost $1000 a month for a shitty 1 bedroom (when I first moved in I was paying $700!), have never been late on rent once, and they can’t even bother to actually properly reimburse me on bills I’m struggling to pay because their appliances broke. Just greedy and selfish. Don’t recommend living here or any Lindsey property, which seems to be a common sentiment among any person I’ve talked to. All of their properties are like this.

Golf course is pretty fun, it’s the old guys in the golf shop that bring it down. Every time I go in there they are in a terrible mood, and make you feel like you’re bothering them by playing. I will PREPAY online and won’t be let you on the course, and won’t be allowed a rain check. They have a great evening staff, but the older guys during the day are very unpleasant.

Payed $102 dollars to play 18 hole with a cart and the older lady in the pro shop told me that “I needed to be done with my round by 7:30pm cause she has places to be” which is very frustrating considering they’re open till dark, and I’m a paying customer, I got to hole 18 and here she comes again telling me that I needed to hurry!

Became a resident recently and was treated like royalty everywhere I went. The pro shop guys were fun to joke around with and the people in the other office are super nice and personable too. Had a blast on the course chasing a ball or twelve around and then smashing some from the pro shop basket into the water to blow off the steam from my round...as if I hadn't already had enough swings in. Gonna bring all my friends here! There's also a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tanning beds, Billiards and ping pong rec room for residents... luxury resort style living.
