Friendly and nice people here. Maintenance fixes any issues within 24hours. The staff even helped rescue a kitten in distress with us. Homelike feel but in town close to everything. Nice, pet friendly, apartment community. We pay less for our large 2 bed 2 bath than most one bedroom apartments. Great deal.

The neighbors are quiet and honest. The scenery is a good fabrication of country living. Overall nice place to live. My favorite thing about my apartment is a personal washer and dryer.

Can’t afford to move yet but I am eagerly awaiting that time in my life. The maintenance sucks here, the appliances suck, the management sucks, half of my apartment is a different shade because whoever they hired didn’t care, when I worked on third shift they hired roofers that kept me awake during the day for 2 weeks, they tow your car if you don’t keep your tags up to date and actively look for vehicles with expired tags (scummy as hell) and what’s finally leading me to leave this review is that I got a notice that all the water will be shut off today, October 13th 2025. I called the office asking if it would be resolved by the end of the day as I have to go into work early tomorrow at 2:30am, I’d like to take a shower before I go to bed, it is now 7:30pm, suns down, no water so my pregnant wife and myself are forced to relieve ourselves/shower at planet fitness (thank god I have a membership otherwise I’d have to get one). Overall I’m sick of the BS here, the only reason I’m not gone is because I can’t be. P.S. The roofing guys did a crap job and somehow it’s my responsibility to call out their mistakes.

It’s affordable and the pool is nice. The apartment itself was just kinda gross. Carpet was damaged when we moved in. The building I lived in was infested with roaches, we saw them everyday. It has a strange smell. Could have been worse. My biggest issue with this place was the roaches. Me and my room mate pulled the oven back and they did a pretty bad job redoing the floors in the kitchen. If you are considering moving to the links, I recommend checking behind the fridge because there was a hole in the wall behind mine and it seems like that’s where the nest is. I just want to say that I lived in building 28 and confirmed with my neighbors that they have a roach problem too. People who have lived on the other side of the complex say they don’t have roaches.

Don’t ever move here! Here’s pictures of my garbage disposal not working. Not biggie. But I put a maintenance request in during the morning time….late afternoon came around. I called and they said they have a long list to and don’t know when they can get to me but it won’t be today. Maybe tomorrow. Had to cook dinner for my family with messed up sink for 2 nights like this. I thought garbage disposals were consider emergency since they have to do with plumbing. I guess they don’t care. But they sure will charge you a 188$ every months for water based off how many people live in the house. Not off usage. I have 3 people. This place is nasty! I’m a single mom of 3 and haven’t been able to afford to move every time my lease is up! DO NOT MOVE ANYWHERE WITH LINDSEY MANAGEMENT
