I am only leaving one star because Teressa the assistant was very helpful. Has for the main manager she sucks, will give you the run around for weeks, Me and my husband lived there for almost 2 years. Lease take over was fairly easy. We spent days cleaning and making sure the whole house was clean we had to call multiple times to see what we were doing with the deposit to be told. It’s not ready I gave it a couple more weeks only to be told we owe money for carpet replacement. Didn’t have pictures at first and now they have pictures to give us. Lost out 750 deposit and owed them 243. So needless to say. No matter what you do to clean they will send you a picture and say the carpet was ruined. And had to do the entire apartment. Teresa was nothing but helpful but if you think sending pictures to the manager will help your wrong. These fees were due 30 days from move out and I did not even receive a copy of what was owed until we were past 30 days and they already put us in collections. First picture is the carpet that’s “ruined” think twice before renting here. You will never have a parking spot, your rude neighbors will never be dealt with so any calls to the office is a waste of your time 🙃

The old man and a short guy who works at the golf course is a jerk. The way he talks to people is rude and he shouldn’t be allowed to work here. Would give no stars if I could.

Lived here for one year. Not unlivable by any means. Issues about people living here: Saw multiple guys robbing cars three times, once while I WAS IN my tinted car (he opened my door right right before i got out and didn't know i was in it, ran away). People are loud and don't care 24/7. At least two night of the week there was music bumping until 4-5 am. Multiple 10+ person screaming fights outside (sometimes lasting an hour), banging on doors early in the morning. I understand this is area to area here, but where i was at there was constantly a racket. By the end i was just tired of this, main reason I moved out. Didn't feel completely safe. Issues with apartment: When i moved in the ac was leaking in the closet, multiple cups a day and there was a MASSIVE 2x3 ft hole under the bathroom sink. Both were fixed after ~3 Weeks of waiting. Second, my dryer was broken the entire time i lived there, after 4 maintenance visits. Except for the dryer everything was fixed in a somewhat timely manner, thats why i put two stars

Terrible company. My water bill has steadily gone up every month and is now 188.17$. They go based off how many people live in the apartment not usage. Lindsey management disgusts me.

If you have a dog you love and care about I highly suggest you DONT live here. My dog and I were attacked by other off leash dogs twice, while going on a walk while living here. No one ever has their dogs on a leash and the leasing office does not give a rats behind and Fayetteville animal services can only do so much. Not to mention people don’t ever clean up after their pets outside. On another note there’s never anywhere to park and I’m not just talking about looking for a spot by your building I’m talking about in the whole lot after 8pm there’s nothing. It’s terrible if I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s not worth the money and stress to live here
