Tubac Golf Resort south of Tucson is a 27 hole facility with roots dating back to 1959. The original design was by Red Lawrence, later expanded by Ken Kavanaugh. The course gained fame as a filming site for the movie 'Tin Cup.' It offers three nines, Otero, Rancho, and Anza, blending cottonwood trees, water, and mountain views.
