Fairway turf not in great shape. Decent variety. Decent price for winter play in Scottsdale. Good service. Little dated....other better public options, but worth the try.

I was worried about playing this course today after bad recent reviews and lots of rain yesterday. However, the course was in good shape considering the weather and the starter had us play the back 9 of both courses since they were in the best shape. It was a fun and challenging course with beautiful views and helpful staff.

Absolute disgrace of a golf course. Geese everywhere. Water soaked and squishy fairways. Dry dirt lined cart paths which were littered with pot holes. Most importantly, we were overcharged for our rounds (unauthorized) and unable to contact the persons responsible for refunds. Don't waste your money!

Played here during WM Phoenix Open week this year. Played several other courses in the area that week and this was by far the biggest let down of the week. The guest services guys didn’t have any carts setup which was fine I get it busy morning/week. Finally hooked us up with some carts and when asked for a towel all he could offer was “he could maybe find an old crusty towel in the shack”. Kindly declined and he the guy then drove us out to the starter on the pine/palm back 9 course. For being dead of winter I’ve never seen a course so burned out. Anywhere off the fairway was brown and rock hard. The greens rolling pretty fast but many areas showed signs of disease and lack of turf management. The tee boxes were so hard on some holes I struggled to drive a tee into them. I can’t imagine how scorched this place gets when it really warms up, must be unplayable. I’ve been inside clearer restrooms on a roadside gas station than the restroom shacks on course. Clubhouse service for breakfast was pretty disappointing and the food was so so. Overall for the greens fees they demanded you can find 100x better for the value. Save your $ and play elsewhere!

Course was in decent shape. They are under construction but still very playable. We played the 2 back 9's of the courses on site. There is no turn shack with the current set up but beverage carts were quick.
