The Conquistador Course is the flagship 18 at the El Conquistador facility, built in 1982 by Greg Nash and Jeff Hardin. This par 71 course runs through desert flats and arroyos, with fairways framed by mesquite and palo verde. At just over 6,700 yards, it is less hilly than the Canada Course but equally demanding around its bunkered greens. The routing balances reachable par 5s with stout par 4s that test mid irons. A full practice complex allows players to warm up thoroughly.
